I purchased this theme but when I try to install it I receive this message “The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet”. Please help
It is a HTML template not a WordPress theme, clearly mentioned on the template detail page.

Why are so many lookalike themes of yours being posted on different pages. It’s confusing to know who to approach for an issue.
Its pretty simple, You just need to approach the author or the theme/template.
I know that. But it seems there is an author for the HTML version and one for the Wordpress version, and I’m just saying it’s confusing. Usually the owner of the product is the one to post any variants, too. Nevertheless, I contacted the author way before commenting, so hoping they reply.
Both HTML and WordPress of this template are from our profile.

Sorry, I noticed earlier, it seems like there are multiple “Medix” projects. One of them is yours, and the other has 2 variants posted by 2 different authors, though they’re affiliated. It’s confusing. but It’s not your fault.

I read someone question which stated that…. the contact Us page form does not have the receiver email link to send when client fill the form… Please after client fill the form where is the destination of that form? What about the Appointment form?
Template has a separate php file to send email, You will fill your email address and other details in that file.

This template was developed using Dreamweaver, so no problem at all. It does not include PSD file,however if you need then after purchase open a support ticket and we will provide you what we have. Pictures used are licensed to their respective owners and are used for demonstration purposes only, and yes NOT included in the download.

You can definitely use your own images to replace the demo images.
Okay, Thanks Please what is the meaning of -3 Home Page… Please explain more. Does it means that the template only have 3 pages and i will be the one to create the remain pages, because i preview the template now and saw this menu tab Home, About US, Pages, Gallery, Blog, Appointment and Contact Us and there are links on different pages… like 7 to 12 pages on the template. so please what is the meaning of – 3 Home Pages?
You can add as many pages as you like. 3 home pages means we have already added 3 home page options, MouseOver on HOME link and will see other options in drop-down.

Buy your template and modify it for clients needs, then resell it to them?
Yes you can modify and sell it to one client, but if you need to embed this template into your product or want to sell it to multiple clients then you will have to buy extended license.

Good looking template and works really well too. One small thing, in the downloaded version, and in the preview, if you view the developer console, you see the following message: jquery-2.2.3.js:3749 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘jQuery2230126525615066142462’ of undefined
this applies to all pages in the website.
doesnt seem to affect the operation of the site, but just wondered if its some issue with the version of jquery?
Hello mykeblack, this is due to the recent change made by Google on their Map APIs so don’t worry it will not effect the rest of the theme functionality. We will update it though in the next build of this theme. Thanks.

I got another question, I need to add a 3rd level to the main drop down navigation at the top, is there provision for this in the css, and if so, what classes do I need to add the the nested li tag to make it work? Or if not, what do I need to add to the CSS to make it work? thanks in advance.

and that seems to work. It will probably allow you to add more than 3 nested levels but really any more than 3 is probably a bad idea.

Hi, If you want to add more menu items then yes it is very straight forward in html. We are working on the WordPress version and it will be available in about 2 months time.
