I am experiencing an issue with Iphone users. (I will use your mobile test site as an example https://mobius.studio/themes/sweipe-wp/) The left-hand navigation, where is says features 8, the iphone user is not able to ‘drill down’ and see the pages underneath, i.e., accordion, activity, etc. Instead of ‘showing’ the subpages underneath…it opens a blank page. Can you help?

Make sure the Mobile Banking7 is custom link, and set link as http://# , this way user will be able to see items underneath.

Add to home screen options – on a ipad I see the text but no button it says to tap. How do I add those buttons? I see the default text in admin side, do I add the button there? If so, how do I do it?
My mobile menus are not showing up.
Its the left panel not showing in mobile.
I added custom menu in the left sidebar panel through the widgets area.
I thought this was working but now the mobile menu is showing up in my theme. I need some help please. I am going to send you an email with information.

Love this theme! Is there anyway to add something to the css that forces the user to view my mobile site in portrait/vertical format only…I see mobile weather.com and a few other sites do this…can we do it with your theme? Can you help? Thanks in advance!

I have a quick question. Does this theme accepted or can i use my current desktop theme shortcodes? is it transferable ?

Depends.
If your theme shortcodes are coming with a plugin, and that plugin contains the related shortcode CSS code, Yes It Works. Other then that no. Because Mixing 2 CSS files in a HTML file may break layout and since this is a mobile theme, you should not put heavy code on phones, It will use high amount of battery and internet. Not to mention performance hell.

Also, I see this theme supports woocommerce. Does it support some of the other big plugs like buddypress, bbpress? How does the theme handle custom post types or does it not make a difference? Thanks.

Theme is only tested with WooCommerce and made compatible Those other plugins are built to work with custom themes, they would work but I can’t guarantee anything.
There are 2 special custom post types. First supports multiple images, you can choose images from the media library and theme presents them as a slider and on click opens a lightbox. Second is oEmbed. You can use url of of the service like youtube and theme can use it as preview. All these can be checked on the demo address.
If you mean Post Formats, those are enabled.

I have installed the sweipe mobile theme and everything, Im also pulling the site into my mobile application with an iframe. everything works fine until you log in , then the the does not scale correctly anymore , i tried my removing the admin header but same issue still remains

I was testing the demo site, and noticed that the “add to homescreen” appears even though I click on the icon on my homescreen. I also noticed that when I use the menu, the pages open in my custom browser and not in the “homescreen-web-app”. Hope you see what I mean.
I don’t have this problem with the flatmobile-theme, so I guess you can fix it. Would like to test them booth before I decide for witch one to buy.
Still waiting for a response here. It’s been a week now, and I have to make a decision witch theme to buy. Sweipe looks good, except for these problems.

Could I please ask you for one more thing? I just noticed that when I use the webapp, there’s no way back after a click on an image in the gallery. At least not on an iPhone where there’s no back button. So, adding a lightbox could really be useful.
I still just tested the demo site, so maybe there is a lightbox setting under the hood already, but if not – I’d like to report this as a problem.

Hello, i have just purchased the theme and setup into my wordpress and run from mobile. I have an issue, in certain page, for example contact, shop or blog, if i drag from left to right, there is a blank panel sliding out. Which seems to be the right content panel, but i click on the right side panel, the content seems to be blank.
But it doesmn’t matter of the content as i wish to disable the right side bar, is there any way i can do this? Only showing the left side bar will do.

.navbar .uiicon-shopping58{display: none !important;} But the span that show 0 still appearring, how can i disable that as well?
Do you need WooCommerce? If you don’t then If you disable WooCommerce plugin It’ll disappear itself.

Please make sure you activated all required plugins. You will see a notification on your dashboard If you haven’t installed and activated required plugins.

I really like this theme and I want to set it up as a secondary, mobile-only theme for my existing WordPress site (which is based on the Newspaper theme). I’ve never tried using two separate themes, so I’m wondering if all my pages will actually work, because they are built with Visual Composer and contains all its tags etc’.. Does your theme support that?
Also, I’m running a magazine blog and would really like to see some more / better alternatives to the “blog” design / layout that I saw on the demo site.. Does the theme have more options for designing blog content (posts, categories..)?

I might give you a test go. But If visual composer modules CSS or JS files are embedded with your desktop themes files Sweipe won’t be able to load them on mobile.

Hi there, thank you for the great theme, I have couple of issues that need to be addressed. there is font issues appear on Safari that make text look not good. also smooth scrolling has an issue that is very annoying. I see you are stating that a new version is on the way. I hope you can release this asap or you can email me the new version that fixes my problems to contact@objects.ws

This is important: I assume you did not make any changes with Sweipe theme files with FTP or Editor tab on Wordpress.
Go to Appearance -> Themes and delete Sweipe theme, then install it again. Your data will remain as is.
I wil alsol send a 1.9.1 update which will include easy theme updates and with 1 click.
