Hi, there’s a small bug with the “Sale” icon on single product page. In Chrome it is placed in left side as it should but in Firefox it is in right side and covers some of the product title.. Please help, thanks..

hi ! i’d like to buy this theme but i see a little bug. when i’m connected here http://singlestroke.io/demo/primrose-wp/checkout/ and if i clic on the cart icon, the widget shopping cart widget does not show as it does on other pages. We only see its shadow under the menu line. Is it a bug ?
Hi, it’s woocommerce behavior, they disable the cart widget when we are on cart page. Unfortunately there is no workaround for now 
Can i change the background of the theme to be black instead of the white you have and is this easy to do on the theme options?

Hi Laetitiaml, could you mention your site URL? Looks like it’s not a theme issue. Did you just change the price? If so, there are chances it’s cache issue.

The problem persists, and not just on the mobile version. What is strange is that from one device to another the rates may be correct or not. I get the impression that they sometimes appear without VAT. I have made screen prints on mobile and computer to show you the worry. It is not systematic but it happens punctually. That embarrasses me a lot. Customers do not understand why prices change as well. Can you contact me by e-mail so that we can solve problem as quickly as possible?

We still believe that this is not a theme issue, this kind of issue is usually caused by plugins, theme only manages how the it is displayed not what to be displayed.
Please contact us from our profile contact form and please include your login details so we can take a closer look at the issue. Please also mention which product that has different price shown on multiple devices.

Hi, to change the font sizes, we recommend using 3rd party plugin like SiteOrigin CSS.
To show the 16 product images, you can configure from Appearance > Customize > Shop > products per page.
I think the default sort order of products is the latest ones. Unless tou have manually configure the order for each products.
Thanks. All social links are not opening on a new tab even when selected. I see that someone has already asked you about this. Any idea when you will update the theme to fix this? We need to link social to the site but don’t want to lose traffic. It should open on a new tab
Hi, we have added “open in new tab” option in the Customizer settings, please expand each of your social media links item and select “new tab” on the “Link Target” option.

Another super quick question. When it comes to shop pages on mobile devices, is it possible to move filters from the bottom of the page to the top of the page?
Hi, which filters do you mean? The product category filters is curently at the top of the products grid.

It appears that when you select “Open links on new tab” using the widget SingleStroke: Social.
Then save your changes it removes the checkbox for “Open links on new tab” so you can never open the link in a new windows.
Can someone have a look if that is a bug?

Hi, i bought the theme primrose for my site I need to add accordion function to the left sidebar custom menu.
The 1st level menu has to be closed, than, when i click it should open up (similar accordion)
Is it possible this with primrose??? thanks

out of curiosity – does this theme add a filter to newly uploaded product images? Because they definitely look darker/more contrasted than what I have edited.

Hi javed, the URL is only for demo site purpose. On your site, you should go to Appearance > Customize > Blog and then the layout to “default”.

I need to add an image zoom or image hover zoom, do you have any suggestions as to which one would work best with Primrose or have you played around with something whilst you have been developing Primrose?
Surprised that you don’t have it as a feature so it might be a good idea for a future release. I my opinion, that’s the only thing missing from this amazing theme.
You can use 3rd party plugin for the zoom effect. One of good plugin is https://wordpress.org/plugins/yith-woocommerce-zoom-magnifier/

Hi, I used the “Product Page Mode” on a Product so I can make a custom product page, and I added a “Primrose: Woocommerce Add to Cart Button” with the product ID. If the product has stock works ok, It goes to the cart page and show me the product added to it (“redirect after add” is enabled on woocommerce). But if my product is out off stock it will not redirect to the cart, and is confusing because it seems that nothing happens (because the message of “out off stock product” is on the cart page). Can make that the button always redirect to the cart, with or without stock ? so the user can find out that the product is out of stock. Thanks!! your theme is awesome

Gravity Forms is compatible with our theme, however we haven’t included specific form styles. So you might need to add few CSS in case the form styles doesn’t match Primrose minimalist styles.
About the Campaign Monitor, you can easily integrate it with Primrose using this plugin (officially from Campaign Monitor): https://wordpress.org/plugins/forms-for-campaign-monitor/

The theme fatal errors if the site runs less than PHP 5.5.
Fatal error: Call to undefined function array_column() in /wp-content/themes/primrose/inc/woocommerce.php on line 163
Please consider adding a dependency check so that the site is at least accessible. Right now you’re forced to remove the theme via FTP to resolve the error.

Thanks for the feedback, we are working on a new version that doesn’t use array_column function, so the theme would run well on PHP 5.5.
You could also simply include your own version of it (see notes here http://php.net/manual/en/function.array-column.php)
