It seems you’re having some redirection issues. Please turn of all third party plugins, then go to Settings > Permalinks in your dashboard and perform Save. Then your links will be refreshed. If you still have problems after that, please open support ticket at https://mikado.ticksy.com/ and our support agents will assist you on that problem. Also provide wp-admin credentials and describe what you’ve done.

You can upload logo at Mikado Options > General, we suggest you to upload all logo versions. Also our theme is adopted for retina screens so upload the double the size of your actual logo so it displays better. Also clear cache after that if logo doesn’t appear.

The easiest way is to import demo content in Mikado Options > Import and select all content with attachments. If you don’t want demo files live, you can do that locally and then replicate.

All demos are contained within single demo import. In order to set different home page, just navigate to settings > reading and select desired page for your home page, in this case Freelancer’s simple home page.

Yes, it does work with VC, but some of the features are disabled because they create conflict with some of our shortcodes. Only backend is enabled, but you can enable front end as well. The only thing is it is not going to work perfectly, might create some conflict as well.

We are using syntax for array that is supported from PHP version 5.4 As you could see from here, required version for WP is 7 https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/ This could be easily solved, just by setting your php version on server to be 5.4

I’ve tried to submit a ticket in your support system but a ticket will not submit. I’ve approved the Envato api but it will not register my account once I approve. I’ve tried to create a registration by email and get an error.
I’ve tried to install the theme and I continue to get a “fatal error” even after getting the web host to up the php limits to the suggested amounts. I’ve installed the theme via WP theme upload and FTP. Each time I get a fatal error.

Hello. Beautiful theme and great job. I love this theme as well as the “Mikado – One” theme. i have a question before i purchase. Concerning the Full width overlay menu option of the “Affinity” theme, is it possible to have the menu display as full width (overlay) in mobile devices as well, just as you have it in the http://demo.mikado-themes.com/mikado50/ theme? From the demos, that is not the case.

Hi! When I go into the Mikado Options part of the theme and try to download the demo content I want im having some issues. First when I click the drop-down menu labelled -

Its only giving me the option of downloading demo content for ‘Affinity’ but I actually want the SEO sites. Even if i do try and just download the ‘Affinity’ content it loads then gets stuck on 90% and dosent move. Please help.

Sorry to be a bother. I’m trying to connect the Instagram widget. The twitter one works fine, but when I click to connect Instagram the page re-loads and there’s no re-direct or confirmation. Also the button doesn’t change to re-connect as the twitter one did.
