For the menu issue on Surface Pro, could you post a screenshot link here? Also, what’s browser you use? and the screen size?

Because Focux is responsive design, if the screen size(or window size) smaller than 767px, then, the main menu will be hidden, instead, it will show a mobile menu button, user can open the menu list from right side of the page.

So, apparently, the Variation Select section is absent in the Product Data menu (1:47 on the video you have sent).

I do all the actions at Attributes and Variations, create variable products, add pictures, but when I switch variables on the product page, they do not change.

Is your theme is V1.0.7? I include the latest version of Revolution slider in the new version of Focux. Tonight I will upgrade Focux to v 1.0.8 in order to include Visual Composer 5.0, so you could waiting for a few hours, after Focux 1.0.8 approved, you will receive Envato upgrade email notification, then just upgrade your theme and those plugins.

By the way, “The activation of the visual composer plugin is not working”, that’s because we include extended license of Visual Composer to theme buyers, so you can’t activate it, only if you purchase Visual Composer separately by yourself.

Also, what’s wrong with the support system? Were you not receive the member activation email? Have you checked spam?

As my understanding, you meant customize the single product content area, right?

Please go to WP admin > Visual Composer > Role Manager, set the first option “Post types” to custom, then, check the “product” checkbox, save the setting. Go back to the product edit page, now you can switch the classic editor to the Visual Composer editor.

Could you post those failed to imported information here? I just guess that if you haven’t activated the WooCommerce before you import the sample data, those WooCommerce product images will failed to imported, but it doesn’t affect the use.
