Hi, i just bought and installed this theme and everything looks good so far. Just one problem and one question. After demo install i get this error message on the Whistle Page Builder on the home page: Warning: preg_replace(): The /e modifier is no longer supported, use preg_replace_callback instead in /srv/users/vestlandshall1/apps/vestlandshall1/public/wp-content/plugins/designthemes-core-features/page-builder/functions.php on line 897

1) Get into Dashboard > Appearance > Whistle Options > Integration > Custom CSS > Enable Custom CSS > Yes > Pasted the below css code inside the text area > Save All.

2) Sorry, we do not have a global settings for that option. The post options needs to be updated for individual posts only. Else if you wish we can hide it globally with custom css code. Send us the screenshot of what are all do you need to hide with the page link.

Do we need to buy licenses to update them one year later ? Witch extensions of your theme need licences in the futur to be update ? Thanks

1) Page builder which comes with the theme is developed by us and it can be updated by updating the “Designthemes Core Features” plugin.
2) The Events and Revolution slider plugins are external plugins.
3) When we update the theme, we will update the “Designthemes Core Features” plugin as well. Regarding the events and revolution slider plugins you can update it separately.
4) No need to purchase the license again to update the theme. You can get lifetime updates for free.

1) For the events section in our theme we have used “The Events Calendar” plugin which is free and you can update it whenever you need. Also there is a pro version of the “The Events Calendar” plugin which you can purchase if you need. The pro version of the plugin does not comes with our theme.
2) The revolution slider that comes with our theme can be updated whenever the plugin releases an update. You can just mail us and get the latest version of that plugin.

Whistle logo not changing to my logo when scaling to mobile. Still shows Whistle logo

Kindly, Update the Retina logo from Buddha panel > General > Retina Logo, so that the mobile layout shows the retina logo. The retina logo should be exactly double the size of normal logo. If your normal logo is 100×200. Then your retina logo should be 200×400.

1) If you want to hide the phone icon alone means get into the option Dashboard > Appearance > Whistle options > Integration > Custom css > Enable Css > Yes > Pasted the below css code inside the text area > Save All.

2) Are you want to hide the social icons? If yes, means you just remove the social links attribute in the team shortcode.

Hi, I purchased your theme 301c8ada-e817-4756-a539-a126d29fad41 and after two weeks i’ve decided to cancel your product because the Theme doesn’t work at all. Your dt short codes are useless (i can’t customize nothing). Either with drag&drop is impossible modify any parameter. the Header 3: the backround its not costumizable (i did myself) The mobile option doesn’t work, the Theme its not really responsive . 1) Get into the option Dashboard > Appearance > Whistle option > General > Misc here you can disable the preloader.

2) Get into the file path /wp-content/themes/whistle/images/ and upload your loader image there with name loader with the extension .gif.
Or upload your image and get into the file path wp-content/themes/whistle/header.php at line number 21(approx) replace the image name with extension.
