1) Sorry, you cant use these plugin to create new themes, because of license issue. You may purchase the visual composer and other plugin to create your new theme by your self.
2) Your Plugins are already active. You can just ignore that message in your dashboard. That message appears in your dashboard, you can get the latest version of plug-in files from us when there is an update. Send us a message through the right bottom form @ http://themeforest.net/user/designthemes so that we will send you the latest version of plug-in files.
3) You cannot create tickets with Visual composer plugin team without the purchase code. Our theme just provides the plugin bundled with the theme and not the purchase code. If you need customer support from that team, you need to purchase the Visual Composer plugin separately.

Just purchased this theme. Imported the Photography theme, but the navigation menu stays open on the home page. When I go to the other pages, it can close and open using the menu option on the top left side. How do I configure it so it will close on the homepage?
