Hello guys, i cannot figure it out how to import the demo documentation on this template. It seems to be a lack of information in the documentation. I also tried to do it manually but that did not work either. Please i need a quick response. Thanks

Most of the content on the home page appears in the backend but will not show on the actual page. I have imported the dummy content twice and everything appears to be up to date. I can see the content without issue from your site but can’t see it on mine.

Thanks. I’ve been waiting to work on this but didn’t get a respond in 4 days.
There are some negative comments here, but It seems that most of these are from people who have not been using Template_path’s support ticket system. I have had nothing but great experiences with their technical support. Template_path has been quick to respond, and on two occasions, been willing to use the access credentials I provided to get right into a site, find the problem and solve it.
It should not be a problem that they choose to use their own support ticket system. It’s efficient and easy to use. Yes it does require that product support is up to date. But seriously, that’s only $10-15. If you actually need support, that is a small price to pay.
Yes some site features broke after WP updates. Everyone should know that is a possibility after any major software upgrade, however rare. If your site is properly backed up, reverting shouldn’t be a problem, and a couple of months is a pretty average time frame for a developer to update a theme after a WP version release.
I have to say, I am quite satisfied when I have a beautifully designed product, and can just follow the support process a developer spelled out, and get exactly what I asked for.
After posting that comment, I just realized that my post is the only one from a user that is both ‘purchased’ and ‘supported’. Seriously, there are no grounds to complain from that standpoint. You wouldn’t work for free, why should your theme developer?

All of my visual builder content is gone. The plugin dev said the following. I see their MIGHT be a bug fix from the them dev….can anyone confirm they received it and it worked?
“The issue is because the older visual composer was modified by the theme author, by customizing the existing elements and adding the new one’s. Now when you updated it, the customization made by the theme author was lost which causes the issue. You can check it with the theme author if there is any way to preserve the customization done by him with the latest version, so that such an issue can be avoided at your end.”

Your theme is outdated; it hasn’t had an update since July and my client was recently hacked. Revolution Slider is up to version 5.3.1.5 yet your template is bundled with version 5.2.2. Please update your theme and please include a way to auto-update w/ a valid theme purchase license via Envato.

Hi, Can you also post answers on your ticket portal as well? we have been following there since 2-3 days and provided required information like login details for site, but it is does not seems to be somebody really taking care of the ticket. I’ve purchased many themes and never had this problem. The theme usually updated on it’s own. When we download the theme from here we won’t get the new files. That’s why I say you should just update it here.

Why don’t you just do a Theme Update? It seems that everyone is having the same dilemma. If we update Visual Composer it won’t work. Also, your theme is not compatible with the new word press. You should just do an entire theme update so that it would update by itself and us not having to give you our contact info all the time.

I have been using your theme for a while now, but recently Visual Composer has stopped working. I have purchased a licence for the composer off envato but their team have told me to uninstall the old version and reinstall version 4.12.x of Visual Composer for it to work. Thay have advised me to contact you first to check if you altered any of the code in Visual Composer first though. If you have, the new version may not be compatible, can you please advise the best steps for me to take in order to get the new visual composer running please, without it I cannot update my site using your theme.

Hi, You need to select WP item. Probably you selected the wrong item. Send the ticket without purchase code and give the ticket ID here.
