You do not have the PURCHASED badge! Some of client downloaded our product from hacked resources which contain virus and this causing all the problem to your website and server. We are the legal business for 5 years with a company of 35 staff. In no meaning we try to DOSS attack our client server.
We bought Your template!!!! We were extremely unexpected that such a famous resource like Themeforest could be the same incident.
We made a request for a refund is 59$, but the money we have not received until now!!! And Your experts have recorded viruses for us via the FTP Protocol!!! And I demand an apology!!! No need to pretend that that does not understand!!! I don’t care how much You have specialists. If You have a compromised resource, then why did You accuse their customers and we including?

We ask that You either a quick solution to this issue or refund us the money.. We really take a lot of templates and we have no time to deal with You. We need our money back. Stop talking with common phrases like you will check our problem or something. We needed qualify techsupport for money we’ve already spent on your template. We wasted too much time for solving problems and in our more than 8 years work experience with WP and 50+ bought templates this is the first with such problems in it. Why did you change administrator’s credentials and add new admin users on our site Who gave you a permission for it? We’re losing money because of your template and your dishonest support.
Strange coincidence – after your involvement in site work we’ve discovered a DDOS attack from different IP addresses all over the world. We’ve seen bunch of registrations and then tons of spam letters with a tremendous our server loading.
We will pay ThemeForest’s attention on this fact.
