Pre-sale question: Can you optimize your wordpress template for speed?
I tested your demo wordpress education website on google speedtest and got 0/100 on it. I tested it also on other webspeed test pages and got really poor results (mostly grades F and with total page size 10MB over 90 requests and page load time 5.5s or more) One of the concerning things with the template is that it recommends me to minify CSS and Javascript and to Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content.
Demo content does not import, that’s a serious issue with theme. help needed Followed your instructions but didn’t worked.

I am looking for a theme that suits my requirements. I’m currently using a LMS theme in themeforest similar to this but it doesn’t fully cover all of the requirements I have. If this theme can offer all of these requirements on purchase then I will consider changing the theme to use this theme instead. Here it goes:
1. I want a wordpress theme that supports video-driven approach for e-learning. It should be something like admins can create content (mostly will upload video files and write some texts or upload some other document files such as .pdf files or slides) then only the students who are enrolled to the course can access it.
2. The frontend does not need to have enrollment functions in it. The students or visitors of the site will not be able to enroll any courses by themselves. Only the admins can selectively enroll students into courses manually in the backend (admin panel).
3. Instead of managing students individually in every courses, I want it to have something like a grouping to group students into a group for easier management for admins. The admins can assign students into groups (many-to-many), and each group will can be assigned into courses. The students who are in a group that is assigned into a course will be able to access the course that the group is assigned to.
4. Between the courses and students, and between the courses and groups, there must be an extra field to check for expiry date for the relationship. For example, group G is assigned to course C with an expiry date set to the end of this month then all of the students will be able to access course C until the end of the month, and the same rule applies to individual students who access the course without a group. Moreover, it is possible that it can use crontab to check when each student or group that is expired. If the process determines that the student or the group has reached the expiry date of any courses, the relationship between both of them will be removed so that the student or the group can no longer access the course.
5. The site will not use any kind of payment for now. It must allow the admin or webmaster to disable the purchase system or anything related to money out of the website (temporary), because the students will be assigned to courses with free of charge by admins.

Hi There, Pre-sales question if I may:
1. with the events, is it added in the theme to be able to browse events by calendar? (in other words, have a calendar open with all the days and when you click on a day, it could come up with all events associated with that day.)
2. We have had issues with other themes where the styling of various aspects are not there such as, when we place a row with an image, there was no option to center the image. Is this possible with this theme? (Same for text to align it to the center of its row box)
3. with the courses, I assume that this is built in woocommerce. Does the theme assume the course layout of all items added in woocommerce. we want to host courses as well as products on our website and it would be really good if we could have 2 layouts in woocommerce, one that is for the courses and another that would be standard woocommerce layout for physical products.

1. No, this theme doesn’t to be able to browse events by calendar.
2. Our theme use the visual composer plugin so you don’t need worry about that.
3. The courses doesn’t built in woocommerce, it is a separate post type.
But it can easy to apply the courses layout as product woocommerce or create a view events by calendar as you like. If you want, we offer our own customization service for you with preferential price.

I just purchased your theme with 1 year support and installed it on wordpress. I am having issues installing the demo data. It is split into Education-demo-data, Kidhouse-demo-data and Medical-demo-data. Which demo should i use? I used education but nothing appears on the site. No demo data.

1. We recommend you using the latest version which you can download in themeforest.net.
2. Extract the download-package, find the zip file of theme ( upside.zip ) and upload it to your server in page wp-admin/theme-install.php
3. Active the theme and all of recommended plugins.
4. Go to Appearance > Theme Options to select theme skin as you want ( Education, Medical, Kidhouse ).
5. Extract demo-data zip file of skin that you selected.
6. Import demo-data (xml file) by use plugin “WordPress Importer”.
7. Import Theme options (json file) by go to page wp-admin/themes.php?page=kopa-framework&tab=backup-manager tab “Import/Export”.

All my courses have four different prices to suit different age groups. Could you add this function to insert multiple pricing for each course, please?

You didnt provide the solution I was looking for. I already know and its well documentated how to add an upcoming event anywhere in a page with visual composer. The real question is to add it in the SLIDER as the pictures of the theme shows.
