No they dont but we can make any form working with php mail

Tks for the reply. Sorry if i’m being naive, but I saw you wrote “Page Builder”. If I’m not mistaking that is a plugin for WP. But this is a HTML project and not a WordPress one, right? Not interested in WP.
We are using a html page builder. Its a html template with page builder so No wordpress 
if you want we can show you the stand alone plugin too

Say said user comes to the site, there is then like on Reddit an up or down on the portfolio piece tallying what’s the most popular by letting them rank on their own.

Load more etc are dynamic features which fetch data from presaved items and this is a HTML template
