Our experience with the Bengkel theme has been incredibly disappointing. The update to version 2.1 turned out to be a completely different product, which caused our website to break entirely. Despite urgently seeking help, the support team strung us along for weeks without providing any real solutions. They even promised to help customize our website through their developer on Fiverr, only to later block us and tell us to find another freelancer because they could no longer take custom projects. This has been a frustrating and unprofessional experience. Proceed with caution if you’re considering this theme.
We are using this theme from 2015. On that time this theme was enough to server our purpose. But now day by day everything has been updated. Also they don’t release update the theme. So we face compatibility issue as well as poor performance. Which is very harmful for our business. We don’t feel they actually care about this product and the users who are using it.

Bengkel theme 2.1 is NOT different product. The thing is you have many customization inside your main theme files and our update will cause the break. Our Bengkel 2.1 is working with newest PHP. To avoid the break, you need to move ALL of your custom code inside the child theme, which also included in the bundle if you download it.

Sorry. I have been assigned a task with this theme and I have found that Woocommerce is installed and that appointments are sent as orders to the Woocommerce plugin. But it does not export custom fields. At least I know that it has been half done by the previous programmer.

Because this is not our default feature, we cannot much help to your issue, your theme has been customized so it’s not our standard theme you can ask for help to the your previous programmer or the envato studio for them to fix your issue.

Hello, today I tried to update slider block but cannot save the changes. After page update it is coming back to the old version. I tried several times without success. There shows information about newer version of this widget’s content available but restore button does not work. Any idea?
I found the reason. All through the “WP Statistics” plugin. After turning it off, everything started working normally. Finally, the plugin was uninstalled. Case closed.

I need to have many pages like home page with exact slide show. Is it possible? Currently the other pages shows navigation text like “YOU’RE IN: /HOME / TEST PAGE /” but I don’t like it. Instead of this I want to add slide show.

Really sorry for late respond, and yes it can be done.
You just need to create other page with the same page builder like home page. Then don’t forget to hide the “page title” as you can find the option at the bottom of the page editor.
You can add slide show from page builder slider.

When you click anywhere on this template a loading white background with logo appears and then content. Some people are stuck on that white background with logo and can not go to the content. I optimize every single image on site, there is no big size images.
How to remove loading white background with logo and when you click somewhere to go strait to content and be shure anyone can enter my site.

I just saw in wordpress how it`s called – it`s “Loader Image”... I want to disable Loader Image, but not to just remove logo I will still have same problem I want to disable complete loader image script !!!

Is there any way to highlight both text lines in slider on home page (to give background color behind the text). I want that color background to not going to 100% of the page width. I want it just behind the text. I tried some soulutions in css but non of them work completely.

For better organization, I want to assign 2 page title names, one in wp admin and another in my site. This is some sort of custom page title. Is there any plugin for that?
Some theme i was working has a cool feature, when you edit some page you have under page title to choose – hide page title, default title or custom title, when you choose custom title you can wrote title and give some html code and change the color. That custom title will be visible only on site not on wp, nice.
