Hi Calibal,

Sorry for too late response, as I had some medical emergency, for work on email form you just need to add your email ID in code as per describe in doc, for getting counter work when you will upload page on your live server the counter gets work, still if having any issue let me know.

how to setup e-mail address for contact form. I dont see any contact.php or other file. there is no line in index.html for email address setup?

Please help me!

It doesnt work on IE. My code is <script type=”text/javascript”>var endDate_fetch = new Date(“01 February, 2017 12:00:00”);</script> but I need also that work in IE 11. How to fix this error?

I was fix this. Thanks

I had the same issue with the activation clock, but i copied the js file form this link:

http://dev.indianic.com/activation_clock/js/general.js

and pasted it in my “js/general.js” (mine was empty) script, made sure that my index.html file on line 67 or 68 had this:

<script type=”text/javascript”>var endDate_fetch = new Date(“01 December, 2014 12:00:00”);</script>

Replace the date with the actual date I wanted countdown to count.

<script type=”text/javascript”>var endDate_fetch = new Date(“31 December, 2016 12:00:00”);</script>

This worked for me. No issues with this script.

Thank you!

i actually used the code provided here http://dev.indianic.com/activation_clock/js/general.js and it end up working fine in firefox and internet explorer but not in google chrome. Any Help ? Thanks

What version of chrome you are using?? as you can find our instruction for compatible browser

It doesnt work this thing… Is the general.js file suppose to be empty/blank?

The counter is not working… What might be the problem? Why don’t you send me us a version that is working from your side, because its clear that the one we are downloading from the here is not working… I thought this was suppose to work out of the box…

hi, in the index under countdown property there is no JS called and the countdown doea not work. It use only the file received . The site is. www.trading-code.it

I think there must be some glitch, try copy js code from here… http://dev.indianic.com/activation_clock/js/general.js and put in general.js

This don’t work. I’ve done everything I could possibly think of, but everything I do don’t seem to get the countdown to work. I’m using like this: <script type=”text/javascript”>var endDate_fetch = new Date(“27 July, 2013 15:00:00”);</script>, yet no “countdown” is showing, just the frame http://itownz.com/timer.html

I know it was only $5, but honestly, I want my money back for this thing

Hi,

Sorry for your inconvenience, let me see in to the matter and get back to you soon with best solution.

Warm Regards,

Hi,

Sorry for inconvenience and thanks !!! for be patient.

...We have checked your site code where you integrated it and found that file called general.js need to replace with the original one you have received with our theme package. Actually javascript code is missing in this file and that is the reason is not working. Hopefully it will work perfectly once you overwrite it.

I think there must be some glitch, try copy js code from here… http://dev.indianic.com/activation_clock/js/general.js and put in general.js

It doesnt work on IE at all!!!! When you view the clock under Themeforest frame, it looks OK in IE but if you view it without the frame, the countdown doesnt work.

And for the Safari ‘NAN’ problem I found a solution , just change the date on line 165 like this: 16 April, 2013 16:30:00

Hi,

Here is solution for SAFARI browser,

find following code in html file, (A wrong one…)

<script type=”text/javascript”> var endDate_fetch = new Date(“2013 December, 01 12:00:00”); </script>

Replace with this code (A Write one…)

<script type=”text/javascript”> var endDate_fetch = new Date(“01 December, 2013 12:00:00”);</script>
