Impossible to install on presta 1.7. I try 1.6 version. Too many bugs, impossible to change language, impossible to configure mega menu, .... I try to contact developper 15 days ago: any answer… And helpdesk doesn’t work (impossible to create a ticket, bug with captcha)

I have had the worst support (Sorry no support). with a dud, not working product. You need to refund this order. This theme is a dud, the installer does not work. The documentation is from a different product or version. DO NOT BUY

You need to refund, this product is DUD. you were on holidays for over a week. I has to buy a different product. One that worked.

I have prestashop 1.7.0.4 when i try to install:
1) the documentation is wrong (file names don’t exist or different all over the place)
2) installing via “Theme & Logo > Theme” i get like everybody else “This theme is not valid for PrestaShop 1.7” So it does not work at all.
There seem to be no error logs generated so its completely a dud theme package right now.
Additionally I now go to their “support” page and click create a “new ticket” and nothing happens. the page just reloads.
Apparently they are away for over a week.
Please refund me for this junk before a charge back.

Bought this today and like everyone else is saying, Prestashop 1.7 doesn’t recognize it as a theme. Contacted support but been a few hours and still no luck getting the theme on my website. A shame- as you buy something that you expect to work.

Theme is working great on – deleted my current setup and extracted the whole “full site” zip folder via FTP, and that worked great. Now I have a few bugs that I hope they’ll help me with, ticket was submitted.

does this theme have Portuguese Portugal language?

Our theme supports multi-languages, inlcuding Portuguese, However, it is not translated 100%, you still have to translate some places by hand. We will guide you.

Nice Theme and I am looking for a new one for our Shop. Question, the Description and Data Sheet is under each other. How it looks like, when I got for example 5 or 7 Tabs, because we are using a couple more like FAQ, Client Comments, Reviews, Accessories and maybe more. As a TAB Version it would be finde, but under each other would make the side totally long. Look at one example in our current shop.
