Hi there,
I am currently setting up the Massive wordpress theme for my personal portfolio. I am having an issue with the portfolio. I created a new page with the Massive portfolio template and added new portfolios. When I click on the portfolio link in menu (on my website) it displays the blog and not the portfolio. Could you tell me what I am missing/doing wrong?

I just tried to import the demo data with the One Click Demo Import but there still seems to be a problem importing the media files: [ERROR] Failed to import “fast-food” (Media). I get about 200 to 300 error messages similar to this. All the other data seems to be imported ok. The images may not be very important but the demo is not complete without them. Do you have a solution for this problem?

I still cannot import the data. Is there any other way to obtain the demo data? Also on the home page the menu does not display properly. Has this got something to do with the missing images?

I’ve bought your multi purpose theme license because the theme demo looks amazing. Unfortunately after installing and using the one click demo import it becomes a big mess..
The importer doesn’t import all necessary items (like images for instance) and uploads all demo’s pages and uncategorised and automatically publishes 206 pages. So it’s not possible to choose a certain demo of my choice. It costs me hours yesterday and it’s still not working out for me..
Hope you can help me out here.
btw: when do you provide VC updates?

im using typer effect 2 on the kensburn revolution slider in small screen the title does stay at the center it continuously move to the right side.

hi there, really great theme with some great features! before i purchase, i just have one question: in your agency demo number 4, you have a “brand yourself” section – is this a feature or shortcode that can be added to any demo when customising it? i want to understand if i can recreate that effect using another demo?

After a never ending search I was ecstatic to find your template that provided everything I needed the way I wanted to see it. I purchased “Massive – Responsive Multi-Purpose HTML5 Template” In May and then got sidetracked with a big project and never got to use it.
While in discussion with my tech guy he said that I should have purchased the Wordpress version. Is there any way possible to transfer my purchase code to the wordpress version instead? Relinquishing any usage rights for the HTML 5 template that I had?

i have issue to update slider revolution and visual composer. When i try to update from Wordpress admin page i must activate with a code. Also i tried to update from my cpanel , in web applications. With this way only the visual composer is available for update and when i made the update the version of the visual composer in my wordpress admin page stay the same.

At the theme there is already the visual composer with version Version 4.12.1. There is also update to version 5.0. To update the visual composer , first i must activate but when i try to activate i receive a message that NO LICENSES FOUND. What can i do for this?

A couple questions for you regarding a photo gallery on a single portfolio item page.
1. Is there a way to show thumbnails of all gallery photos below the main images cycling through instead of the small circles?
2. If not, is there a way to change the color of the circle icons that indicate how many pictures are in the gallery?
Because our portfolio pictures have a white background, you are unable to see the circles and would like for viewers to be able to tell how many pictures are in the portfolio gallery.

I have recently purchased and activated the theme.
I am having issues with importing the demo content – i am getting a large number of errors for media files.
The one click demo import plugin says: “Note: If you face any unexpected situation then click on the Import Demo Data button again. Happy Journey.”
i have repeatedly ran the import demo data but getting the same errors.
I have also attempted to import and run the XML and it is still showing the same errors.
i have modified my wp-config with:
define (‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’); set_time_limit(600);
and still i am getting erros.
can you please let me know how i can successfully import the demo content?

You can ignore these errors. These are just images. You’ve gotten all the pages, layouts, sliders, banners, portfolios etc.
