Ok, so I’m finally getting around to using this theme for a site, and I just cannot get the header menu to appear.
I’ve checked the theme’s code vs. the live preview and I feel like primary-menu.php is not being loaded into the theme, or it’s not working. The source does not render .
I’ve tried removing the extra php checks in the document, and it still won’t render a menu.
I have added menus, and assigned them to the appropriate locations. The URL is http://gwr.gnumerica.com.
PS: I know I’m out of support, but I’d truly appreciate this fix for a theme I bought over a year ago! Thanks.

Hello, I was using layerd popup pluging, further no other plugins. I will try first to disable this plugin and update again to 2,8! I will keep you posted when it is not working! BTW Happy New Year!

I already gave you credentials to admin, ok? and I have to tell you that there is another issue going on: I can not see more than two events on the list. Our program is based in shows every saturday per month and it was working fine until right now. I can only see two of them and I had develop 4 of them, ok?
All our communication in Facebook and social media it´s based on this, so this is a real problem for us. Will you fix it asap?

Last time I checked in others sites I built, WPML was not an issue and works fine. Language selector does not work and I think it´s something that you solved last year. Ok, I´ll wait for your work. Thank you for the all the work and I hope you can finish asap with contact, blog and language selector, we really need all this features working.

Hello, I’m having a trouble viewing the navigation Menu Items on Posts. I Understand that there is an option on “Pages” to choose a Custom Menu as primary Menu, but on posts I don’t have this option I don’t get the same Navigation menu on posts as pages.

The Manual you sent me is Showing how to Workout with the WordPress menu which I already know. My Issue here is in your Theme The Pages Reads from Primary Menu and the Posts Reads from the Footer Menu. How do I Make posts Reads from Primary menu instead of “Footer Menu”
In any Page there is an option to choose which menu you WANT to display. But on the post there is no options to choose which menu I want.
On Most of the Themes the Primary Menu is shown on posts and pages by default but your theme decided to pickup footer Menu for posts and Primary menu for Pages,.

If no menu location selected or Footer Menu selected as Primary Menu and Logged In Primary menu theme locations this very normal. Otherwise theme can’t decide read from Footer Menu instead the selected one.

Ok I’ve sorted it… it was a Wordpress thing. You have to right click the uploads folder and set all permissions to yes…

Boxed screen in post using Visual Composer
Seems like Visual Composer is disabled on the post but only for pages. per your dummy data you have used the visual composer on pages only. Post used the normal classic editor. Since My customer doesn’t understand short codes such ozy_column I prefer to use visual composer. And when i did i lose the boxed screen instead it display in Fullscreen with white background. Now How to make Post Boxed and leave the pages to the default Full screen?
Because in ODIO Option Panel under Content/page/post There is default Page Model and it sets to Full. so all the pages will be full.
I want to be able to use posts in Boxed screen using the Visual composer and not the classic editor that force me to use shortcodes.

Hello, yes we don’t use visual composer for blog posts. What you’re asking requires major customizations which we don’t provide such service. Enabling visual composer doesn’t fulfill your wish on this matter. Sorry for that.

Hello, Seems Like Master Slider is not 100% responsive, your dummy data works perfect because all the entry are images and not text, for instance if you Give the text font-size then responsive function will stop, so you have to give it Paragraph like h1, h2, etc..
Anyway, seems i checked their website and seems like there 2 major updates on the plugin. and since it’s a Pro version i believe the updates will be from your side.
Can I ask what is the ETA for the next Theme update?

Hello, Thanks for the great theme, however i’m a bit disappointed that the visual composer is not the [Full version] as it keep telling me “Hola! Would you like to receive automatic updates and unlock premium support? Please activate your copy of Visual Composer.”
Also there is only Backend Editor and no FrontEnd editor. Most the theme i purchase it was same price with full visual composer installed. any plan in the future for having a FrontEnd editor?

Awesome, and could you answer another question: when we create a page, is there automatically a page created with information about the event? In other words: how do we add events in the back-end en is is possible for potential buyers to see more information from the events-list.
I assume you’re asking a detail page on click via event list which isn’t available such feature and that is another case we can’t help with that. However you can create a page manually for entire details and link from event list which is possible. Regards
