Segoe UI is for Windows and comes preinstall on Windows. Segoe UI works badly on iOS and Mac. and Helvetica works well on Android and iOS so the switch will happen according to the OS type.

Hello, Have you ever solved the iOS double tap issue. I noticed some questions about it in the comments but nothing concrete about it being solved. Example: on the slide out menu when you slide it out you sometimes need to double tap the link you want if the link is the first thing you touch. Or when on a page and you the first thing you do is tap a button it just shows the hover state and then you need to tap it again. It can get really annoying as a feel I am always double taping and not sure when the link is actually going to fire. This all happens on your demo as well. Any suggestions? Thank you

Sorry about the late reply. Yes it has been a problem for a while and we still couldn’t find the root cause yet 
I hope this is something you can make a priority as it can be an annoyance for anyone using iOS devices. I have tried removing many of the hover/hidden css based on some web docs I found but with no luck. If you google ‘ios double tap issue’ that might point you in the direction of some reasons why it is happening within this theme. Thank you.. Hope you find something soon

we have currently problems with multi day events in the week calendar. in one comment 4 month ago, you wrote that its possible to set the enddate to the next day but this is not working for us.. when have the timestamps from 2016-11-01 till 2016-11-03 it is rendering not correctly.. only on 2016-11-01 it is showing and expands badly under the calendar and not moving into the 02 and 03 day.

Hello, your theme has probably one of the best UIs out there. However, since it will be a long term commitment there are a few concerns I had:
1. Have you started work on Bootstrap 4?
2. The menu hover-to-reveal UX is very jarring. Compare that to http://demo.pixelcave.com/oneui/base_pages_dashboard.php which is much more pleasant. I suppose it’s because in their case the menu contents themselves don’t move (more of a curtain effect) while in your case the entire contents relocate (drawer effect). It also means having to re-adjust the cursor after opening the menu.
Otherwise, I really like your widgets the polish and overall cleanliness. PHP support would be nice to have.
Wanted to check out the repo for code quality if possible on GH (@aleemb)

2. I’m surprise to here that you feel the menu jarring. We have worked months optimising it before we released. We might want know your browser version and OS version your using ?
It’s not the browser it’s the behaviour itself that I find jarring. Am steeped in usability so it might be worse for me.
(1) Namely, the drawer vs curtain behaviour is annoying because the menu icons relocate (as opposed to OneUI where they stay static and the text reveals to the right).
(2) There is also lack of row highlighting in the menu which makes it hard to find context.
(3) Sub menus are tougher to click on because the margin to the left of sub-menu items is not clickable.
(4) Active sub menu items don’t highlight.
Would be much better UX if the icons stayed left and text came up to the right of them. This would solve (1) and since the icons stay static (2) would also be solved implicitly.

i found error you theme when generate code for express framework.
in : index.hjs i think link bootstrap css file is wrong -> from “plugins/bootsrapv3/css/bootstrap.min.css” correct plugins/bootstrapv3/css/bootstrap.min.css
‘bootsrapv3’ -> ‘bootstrapv3’ (miss “t” )

Hi , I simply build getting_started/angular project , (build with grunt, and tested /dist output)
Sidebar and quickview menu’s doesnt work when I resize screen to mobile size. However online demo is working just fine. also I tested demo/angular project with is working fine. Looks like having this issue with boilerplate project.

First thing you must do is check if you have browser error logs ? Any 404 error or any JS errors ?
nope, none. Even, when I check it with chrome mobile view on debug, I select responsive. When I resize the page, they start to work after width >= 993px
I can send you the project I created, but you can simply test with your own. getting_started/angular has this issue.

I have integrated the template with a Telerik reporting project by copying the files from ‘Pages – Admin Dashboard Template & Web App\bundle\demo\html’ folder. JQuery reference twice in a page will not work for Telerik report viewer. After removing the JQuery reference in the ‘VENDOR JS’ section, the left menu is not working properly. Please give me a work around.

Thank you! We do not implement backend functions as we not so good at those. But maybe a few tips will help you. AJAX would be the best approach using PHP and MYSQL.
If you open up demo/html/assets/js/script.js you will find the sample search script. You can implement your AJAX call inside “onKeyEnter” function

Thank you for reporting this. We did not come across a standard device using that resolution 980 – 991 which is a dead zone
But here is the fix. You can add this to your custom CSS file
@media only screen and (min-width: 991px)
