Hello I tried to re-install the theme and I am running into an issue where it won’t load and the 404 page shows up I’m desperately in need of having my site back up and really like the theme it’s just there are some issues with it loading and also the column alignment on the blog page. Is there anyway that someone can help me fix this it’s been causing me a lot of time and trouble! Please help!!

2. Add a Google Maps element to the page, put your address into the Address field, and then you will see a marker on the map so you can move it to the right location.

Navigate to Theme Options -> Blog, click on Reset Section to reset the blog page settings.
However, if you have modified any PHP file in the theme folder directly, you need to update or re-install the theme to reset the files you made changes to reset it.
Also, if you’d like to modify any file in the theme please do it in your child theme instead. If you edit any file directly, your changes will be lost when you update the theme.

Navigate to Theme Options -> Footer, you will see 2 parts of the footer settings.
1. Footer Content, this is the content area to display widgets and other content elements. If you enable Footer Content option, you can choose the page to display in the footer content area. It’s a page so you can edit it in Pages menu on your WordPress admin like any other pages.
2. Footer Bar, here’s the footer bottom bar to display the copy right text and social media icons.

You can add it as the Footer Logo in Theme Options -> Footer -> Footer Logo Image or add it in the Footer Text if you’d like.
Also, you can hide the header logo in Theme Options -> Navigation -> Header Logo.
Well, it seems I can´t fully use this beautiful theme as it turned out in documentation that I need 256 memory limit, which would increase my monthly hosting cost fivefold. Is there any way that I can use Sliders on my page then?
Almost of WordPress hosts provided you over 256MB of memory so you can increase these limits without additional cost.
If you couldn’t increase those limits as we provided in our documentation, you might receive an error while importing demo content.
However, even you have the low PHP limits, you still use this theme but you should deactivate other plugins and please use only required and recommended plugins that are included in the theme, this can reduce the memory usage on your server.

Also, try to import only Sliders to see if it works. Go to Theme Options -> Home, select only Sliders option and then click on a demo to import sliders.

I’m not sure but it’s good on our demos. It takes just a few seconds to load. Try to update the theme that comes with the latest update of the Visual Composer to see if it works.
However, if you have many sections and elements on the page, it can take several seconds to load, you should split some sections to other pages instead.
Also, if you have other plugins working on the edit page, it can increase the times to load both page builder and the tools from other plugins.
For example: If you have any SEO plugin such as Yoast SEO. Try to deactivate it to see if it takes faster to load.

You can add an extra CSS class called ‘xs-last’ to move the text to the bottom of the image.
1. Edit the column container of the Text.
2. Add xs-last to the “Extra CSS Class” field in the column settings.
When you view on a phone the text will show up at the bottom of the images.

You can change the logo in the sliding bar widget on the right side in Appearance -> Widgets. It’s a Text widget inside the Sliding Bar, replace the image URL in the HTML code with yours.
Regarding the left logo in the main menu, you can change it in Theme Options -> Navigation -> Top Navigation, change all top menu logo settings there.
I think you miss understood,in actual setting ; logo is on the left side and I want on the right side and menu on the left side,like RTL.
I’m sorry but you need to add custom CSS in your child theme to move the logo to the right. There is no other option in the theme to customize this.

I’m sorry, I didn’t provide the code for everyone but someone. This depends on how hard to customize. However, we do our best to help our customers if it’s not too difficult. Of course I will provide the custom CSS if you’d like to change just the color, hide something or do something that could be easily solved by the custom CSS like I did for others.
In this case, even I provide the code but it won’t work properly because the logo will overflow the screen. Also, there are some extra menu icons (shopping cart, search and sliding bar menu) that are always in the right side of the menu items, of course it doesn’t look good when you move the menu to the left.
Here’s the custom CSS to move the logo to the right and menu to the left, you can try by adding it to Theme Options -> Advanced -> Head Content:

After you add the code, you will see it doesn’t look good. You will need to set the width to the #header-logo too. This value must be the actual width of your displayed logo. This means you will need to inspect the code in the Developer Tools on your browser to see the actual width of the logo displaying on screen. And then set it as the code below:

The height of the logo in the header should be larger than 100px and less than 200px.
The images for the blog posts and portfolio posts should be larger than 960×960px and less than 1920×1080px so they will be cropped to the certain sizes and fit properly within any blog and portfolio layouts.
Hi, thanks, for the header, I wasn’t referring to the logo, i was referring to the title header, the big image with usually the section (page) title on it.
My apology! The background image of the page title area should be larger than 1280×800px and smaller than 1920×1080px, it depends on the size of the title area you selected too.

I have a couple issues with your theme :
1 – Everything seems to work fine on the major web browsers (Chrome, Firefox and IE) but the layout of my website is completly changed on Safari. Links to other pages don’t work, URL changes but it displays the homepage with a messed up layout. Portfolio and Flickr widget images are out of scale and narrowed down. These are just the major issues. Do you have any solution?
2 – When I click on “Homepage” link in any page or in the menu, the homepage is displayed without the slider (Slider Revolution). When I click on me website logo, the homepage is displayed with the slider. URLs are the same. How can I have the slider be displayed everytime?

2. I’m not sure but sounds like it’s an AJAX issue. Try to disable AJAX Page option in Theme Options -> AJAX Options to see if it works.
Update The website seems to work fine on MacOS Safari. The issues listed before are present only on Windows Safari. This combination of OS/Web browser is minor, so no need to waste any time.
Concerning the slider, disabling AJAX Option fixed the problem.

The Safari on Windows is too old and doesn’t support modern CSS standard. Also, Apple no longer updating Safari for Windows since 2012.
Of course! This theme doesn’t support Safari on Windows. Don’t worry, today Windows users never use Safari but use Chrome and Firefox instead.

With the most recent site I have been working on I have come across two questions:
1: Is it possible to add more page sidebars? I need multiple different ones for a site i am now making, but i don’t know how or where to add new ones.
2: Where can i set the color for the header navigation background style? I can now choose “dark” and “light” but I would like to add a “custom” one where I can define a specific color.

1. You have to install the third party plugin to create new sidebars. Here’s the simple one I recommend: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-dynamic-sidebar/
After you install this plugin, you can create new sidebars in Settings -> WP Dynamic Sidebar as below image:
You can set the Sidebar Name and Description as you please but keep other settings as below:
Sidebar Name: Your Sidebar Name Description: Your Sidebar Description Class: Before Widget: <div class="widget %2$s"> After Widget: </div> Before Title: <h3> After Title: </h3>
Of course those sidebars will appear in the Sidebars list in the Overlap Options when you create/edit the page too.
2. Unfortunately, we have only Dark and Light for header background, this based on the theme design. To work around this, you have to add custom CSS into Theme Options -> Advanced -> Head Content as below:

I recently started using your wp theme, working offline. My work being finished, I transfered it to my web host (OVH). Transfert went well. There is however one problem : All the projects in my portfolio are no longuer accessible (404 error) on the website nor when I previsualize the projects from my wp dashboard.
A small test I did : When I create a new project, as long as it is not published (draft), I am able to previsualize and when I publish it, it leads to my 404 error page.

Sounds like this is a permalink settings issue. Go to Settings -> Permalinks, select “Post name” and then save changes to refresh the URL rewrite rules.

I have updated the theme to the latest version but for some reason it messes up with several elements of the page. Hence I was forced to go back.
I’m sorry but the current version of your theme was released over 6 months ago. You will need to update the theme to fix the accordion issue and you should always update the theme to make sure your theme is compatible with the new updates of WordPress and other plugins.
I don’t know why the latest update messes up your page but if have edited any theme files, please move all changes to your child theme instead so you can update the theme without losing changes.
If you have any problem after you update the theme, please let me know so I can inspect the issue and help you out.

Now my quotation is, how can i make that also? I know i have a extra option like ‘Slider Revolution” but it says that i must activated it with a code so i can use all the sliders in this menu option.
Where can i find this code or do i have to make it from scratch the slider?

The Slider Revolution plugin was packed with the theme. You can use it normally without registering a purchase code. You can import demo sliders like on our demo sites in Theme Options -> Home, select Sliders option and then select a demo to import.
Also, you can download more slider templates from Slider Revolution website here: https://revolution.themepunch.com/free-slider-exchange/ And then import them manually in the Slider Revolution page on your WordPress admin.
