Hi, we’ve done some improvements on all editors and included a reset button to make it easier to reset all items per row to 1 if needed.
The latest theme version includes those improvements, lease redownload the theme now and do the update again. Although rare, a connection issue may affect the zip upload or download. Please redo the update and let us know if you have any other issues. Make sure to clear all caches after you do the update.

I can’t seem to change the color of the menu or anywhere with the options at journal>settings>global. Am I missing something?
I tried this on my shop. I tried a fresh installation with the latest theme and tried changing the color. It still doesn’t work!

Hi, every time when you create a tag on blog post, a new page will be created. Google will read the page. The problem for the seo is that every page created has the same Meta Tag Title ( page created will read the blog name ). I don’t think is good for seo ( to many duplicated page title ). It will be nice if the Meta Tag Title will read the tag name + Meta Tag Title from the blog name or simple add “rel no follow” to tags link. The second problem is that the Meta Tag Title from blog categories and post are the post title and Category Name, the blog does not read the Meta Title. ( i’m not sure here, its possible to be a bug on my installation ) Thanks!
Hi, we’re not sure what you’re referring to exactly, but all Meta Title can be changed via admin settings, there are options to change Meta Title for Blog, Blog Categories and Blog Posts independently. You can find them under the Meta Data section in your admin page, ie: http://take.ms/StU2A

Ps: I can confirm what smartrange says. In crome sometimes you need to double click on product modules for the page to load.
Hi, there is no option for modifying meta tags based on blog tags if that’s what you’re referring to. Meta tags will be the same as Blog meta tags.
That browser double click may be related to a Chrome recent update, we’ve never heard of it before.

Good afternoon,
I’ve tried to update my opencart shop (version 1.5.6.4) to the latest Journal 2.8.8 and nothing has changed. My Journal dashboard is still showing that only Journal 2.2.5 is installed. I used Filezilla to upload the latest Journal files as usual and everything seemed to transfer as expected, but no Journal update. Any ideas ?

i see on demo 12, cat dresses, that products auto load on scroll. where is the setting to allow this pls. i don’t see it in my docs

Hi, we’ve added lots of new features to the theme recently and we don’t have an updated list of all features (there are a lot of them) but we’re working on one now.
Theme comes with 25+ modules, which you can see by logging into any of our admins with user/pass: demo/demo. It also has many other features that you can see throughout our demos like Quickview, Enquiry Buttons, Quick one-page checkout, custom blocks, etc.

Hi, I did some more investigation and the issue seems to be related to my Chrome and Journal (newer versions). Nothing happens when I try to click one of the related products. When I right click and choose open in new window it works. Also it works in FF and in Chrome incognito mode. And it also works when using the double click function on my mouse (but not if I manually do a doubleclick). I have already disabled all Chrome extensions and reset all Flags to default – problem still persists. I have an older version of Journal (2.7.3) and the problem does not show there with the same browser. Any ideas as why this could be happening? Thanks!

hi, i wrote text & upload static image to category description. I aligned text & images to center, & looks ok in admin. But on website, only text aligned to center. The images never changed accordingly to center. same goes for image size, it changed in admin but not on front end.

I notice that my right hand block to the right of the slider (your example demo no10) disappears on tablet view from full screen monitor. Is this the same for all RH additions ? also, your slider doesnt work properly in demo 10. on my screen , the the element are all floating in the air, not fixed to the base of the background image ?
Hi, that column is disabled on tablet. There are options to turn off either of the side columns in Journal > Settings > Side Column > General.
