Is it possible to define the categories that will be listed in the portfolio? I have two product groups, but to enable the filter only displaying all products of all categories.

Yep you can choose which folio categories should be displayed on the listing for enabling filter. Have you purchased the theme already?

We have purchased the layerSlider with the extended license which allows us to use it with our themes and we own the purchase code for it, the one you have is for the theme purchase and for further theme updates. We will include the updated version of the LayerSlider within next theme update realize, but if you are not able to wait you can purchase the single license for the LayerLslider and update it on your website, but we would like to point out that we also need to check whether the latest version fully compatible with the theme and then will include the layer slider updated version.

Can you post a release update info please as I note the theme was originally created over 2.5 years ago so hoping that the update you did in November 2016 includes all of the latest plugins and compatible with PHP7?

It should work fine with the latest wordpress, however it wasn’t tested yet. Once we test it, we’ll confirm that fact in the theme description page.

The services shortcode comes with the preset list of icons being added through the Awesome font and there is no option to add additional icons, however you get all source files with the theme purchase and with this said its full customizable and you would be able to add any icons through altering source files which involves custom work.

There is no option to add controls and the videos are disabled for playing on mobile devices because of avoiding a high traffic.

That’s the problem… the former web developer dropped off the map (he retired and moved with no way to contact him), so I can’t get the purchase ID. Is there any way to update this at all? Currently, the site is broken due to inability to update the theme.

Thank you for your feedback and for your interest in our theme. The theme could be used as OnePage website and as the regular website with separate pages and for OnePage you would need to add your content through the theme layout constructor in order to get it appeared properly on the frontend. On the separate pages you cam use the Default Wordpress Wysiwyg editor but we still would recommend to use the one you get with the theme since its pretty user friendly and you also get the shortcodes with the theme and it better to use these within the theme layout constructor.

As well as query above… I cannot seem to have two different height sliders on one page… how can I do this? I set one slider at 700px height and another at 200px and – both sliders will be at whatever the second slider height is set…
Hi, I just want to change the space above and below in some sections – like a new slider may have some padding above and below; how can I set padding to ‘0’ and have no spaces? Thank you

Hi, I recently purchased your theme and went to install it using HostGator. After uploading the .zip file I received an error message “The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.” Can you please explain to me what step I have missed to succeed the process completion? Thank you!

Thank you for choosing our theme. Most likely you are trying to install the whole theme bundle and you need to unzip it, find accio.zip file which is the actual theme that should be installed through the Wordpress admin panel. Also in the unzipped theme bundle you can find the theme docs with the instructions on how to install the demo content and how to alter the theme and these are located in the Help folder. In addition I would like to inform you that we provide support via ticket so for further reference please create and account on our forum, submit a ticket there and our support guys would be glad to assist you with all your inquiries.
