Sorry posted ticket 3 days ago not received reply. Issue is ; can’t get contact form to work. Appears in page ok and gives red warning boxes if no info entered but when info entered and Submit button is clicked nothing happens – no confirmation or Thank You page – and no contact email sent.

I’m new to Wordpress. I have WP installed on my site. I uploaded and activated the Help Me theme, activating the child theme. My site looks nothing like the 16 previews. Is there an easy way to just pick a layout that looks like one of the 16, so that I can then just edit that content? I’m losing my mind here.

I was using your helpme-v3 theme and I was trying to make changes on the home page.
Could you please tell me how I can change the “upcoming event” that is over relying over the slide with some text and video? When I delete the event and add text and video it goes below the slide. I need the text and the video to be over the slide show just like the upcoming event.

if you are talking about reoccurring payment, we offer with paypal and stripe
yes reoccurring payments but on Direct Debit not using the card details
with stripe you can set reoccurring payment to charge a fixed amount on intervals and there is no need to provide details on every transaction unless security concerns involved
Is it possible configure the payment go directly toward a specific cause, rather than toward myself? For example, I want to have charities posted on my website, but I do not want any payments to go to me, I want all payments to go directly to the charity. Is this possible with this theme?
yes you can sett separate form for each cause, also when ever a donor donate to a specific cause, donation will reflect against that cause

I want to display employees and a para on each. What module do I need to use? I dont want the employee name clickable. But if I must, then how do I do it? I have an employee and he shows up when I use “Employee” module. But it is clickable and goes to a page that does not exist. It auto-populated, but does not go to “employee” page. How can I fix this?

Hi, I see that you just updated the theme. I’m wondering if there is a simple way to update the theme. Are you able to point in the right direction? Also will the theme update come with the latest version of visual composer? (Since there are no auto updates) and will the update change my current settings as I’m noticing some others have said in previous updates.

you can just remove old theme and upload new one via ftp or wp admin. all plugins are updated to new versions you can update premium plugins from appearance -> installed plugins. no data or setting will be changed unless you have customize theme from code

Hi there, your latest update has made all the buttons lose their settings. so rather than nice big buttons with rounded corners they are little square rectangles with no padding, styling etc. please fix, thanks

My support has expired but I thought you would like to know that your theme has a bug. On the order-received page after a woo-commerce checkout there is a bunch of broken code. You should fix it for the next update. If you are interested in seeing whats broken let me know and I can email you a screen shot.
