Our theme is fully customizable by our theme options panel and doesn’t need child theme. But if you really need child theme you can make your own. It’s very easy. https://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes

Very unusual for a ThemeForest theme not to ship with a child theme by default. For the amount of time it would take you to include one, in comparison to the time it would take to answer a ton of child-theme related questions over the life of the theme, it’s a no brainer. Theme Options panel might well allow you to customise most of the theme, but it does not allow you to customise templates.
I’ve already created a child theme, but you really should include one by default.
Additionally, is it possible to disable any scroll affects you’re using on the theme? On Chrome on a Mac, scrolling is very jerky.

We don’t use any scroll effect in our themes. We use Mac and we don’t see the same problem.
There is definitely some sort of scroll. Even the source code of your demo page references it:

Theme uses this script for anchor links (for example: one page navigation). Not for browser scrolling.

Hello. Yes. You can use Google Fonts, Adobe Typekit fonts or your custom fonts.
To use your custom font you need add custom css:
@font-face {
font-family: 'YourFontName';
src: url('YourFontName.eot?') format('eot'),
url('YourFontName.woff') format('woff'),
url('YourFontName.ttf') format('truetype');
font-weight: normal;
font-style: normal;
}
And select this font in theme options for base font, title font or navigation font.
