The Menus seem not to show on the page! What is the issue?

I was tried to install Campress Theme using FTP then WordPress server as well, I have followed all the steps which are provided in the documents. But the plugins (Events Calendar, Revolution Slider ) throws errors continuously. I tried to install plugins manually then also its did not work.

Error Message:

Installing Plugin Revolution Slider:

An error occurred while installing Revolution Slider: Could not copy file. revslider/admin/assets/images/toolbar/plus_black.png.

Installing Plugin The Events Calendar:

An error occurred while installing The Events Calendar: Could not copy file. the-events-calendar/lang/the-events-calendar-ary.po.

Could you please help to install these plugins?
