Before I buy this theme i have a sales question.
Does the one page section links work from a page outside the front page ?
for example www.domain.com/contact us and then the user clicks on menu www.domain.com/#about and takes them to the one page section on front page?
Some themes on themeforest don’t function properly. The section links work perfectly on front page, but if you are another page then click on the menu the menu items do not work.
No menu items usually don’t work if on another page other than the main page.
example is if i am on www.domain.com/contact-us and then i select from the main menu www.domain.com/services, will this take the user to the services section on the front page and scroll down?

- To get latest bundled version of the plugins you can re-download the main package from your themeforest account.
- All the plugins could be found in “recommended-plugins” folder.
- Impossible to locate the content repository of WordPress? Not sure what do you mean but wp-content folder is a core folder in your WordPress installation, no related with our theme.
- Theme all updated, make sure you have downloaded the main package.
- BUG: If you process double times or your import process getting interrupted somehow and you try again/continue you may have doubled menu items or etc.. Not related with our theme.

I updated my site to WP 4.7 and updated my theme to the latest. After that Visual Composer dosnt work now on pages. Actually It works but I cant edit pages with VC. VC section dosnt open. You consider that customization? I’m shocked. You are the ONLY author that I’ve dealt with that doesn’t seem to share BASIC configuration requests. I doubt that many people would consider simply centering a logo “customization” when we all know it’s a simple CSS code that you could easily provide.
Why are you shocked? You’re asking something not available on theme features. Even simple things cost man/hour at our side considering if we do this for everyone. Even Envato charging a fee for simple customization requests. Hope you understand that. Regards
As per the attached screenshot, the logo side info bar does not display on mobile devices (phones, tablets) on the header near the logo. Client is very upset about this. Please advise asap what can be done to fix this issue.

This is the only theme I’ve ever had this issue with. Do you have some CSS you can give me to make it appear? It’s a standard item that is pretty critical for any theme, actually, rather than a “customization” type of item.
Hello, first of all it’s not right that you call it as an issue. We simplify some elements on mobile view based on previous customer requests. Displaying those elements requires customizations which we don’t provide such service however as a favor please open a ticket and state your case let’s see what we can do for you.

My client bought your theme and I just had to change some stuff there, add pictures etc. While customizing it I’ve noticed a bug you have in menu. Let me explain how to replicate it since I was able to do so on 2 different browsers and 2 workstations. Hover above menu item, lets say “Projects”. When sub-menu opens go over the first item “Projects template with full-width” and move pointer on the right. Somewhere about half the menu will disappear. It is same with every drop-down item on your theme. And imagine what problem I do have, because first item is also opening another sub-menu and this bug prevents user from opening that sub-menu. Unless he/she moves pointer over the hover field but not on text, because in that case sub-menu wouldn’t close. We need a fix for this issue quick, please.
Just to add, this is only happening to first item in sub-menu, others work fine.

I like this theme a lot but When I try to edit a spesific page, page always not responds many time. I mean I am editing a piece and after that I am waiting for seconds to for next editing process. Does the visual composer do that? I imported demo content and coluld edit to home1 after 1 hour. Always crashed, always takes seconds after eah edit

To update bundled plugins, first deactivate them all and process for update, once you done, update them back.
