The admin backend when editing a post or page seems to have no style sheet assigned. it’s not editable when clicking to edit a post or a page. This actually worked for a short time after I installed the theme but isn’t editable now.

I have raised a support request for demo content import as there were too many errors throwing up. The response came that the demo content has been imported but I do not see any images, not even the background images and my site is just as it was when I had raised a request. Please dont ask me to raise another ticker or reply to that support mail, I have already done that two days back. Thank you for doing the needful.

Images from demo are copyrighted material and cannot be provided which is written on the product page and is a usual practice for responsible authors, appreciate your understanding.

Ok, thank you. Lately, most authors have begun using royalty images from communities such as Unsplash, without images, I do not think I can use your theme, can you please issue me a refund. I really needed a quick fix and this is not going to do it for me. Kindly update.

Based on Envato refunds policy refund can be provided if you have purchased and did not download the product or in case of theme malfunctioning and critical problems that make using this theme impossible or problematic.
Refund can’t be provided if you don’t want the theme any more or changed your mind after you’ve downloaded it or if you expected to receive images together with the theme. We cannot redistribute images under our license – this is a usual practice on Themeforest and besides there is a corresponding note on the theme page. Thank you for understanding.
The note stating the images will not be provided is displayed on the last line of the theme details page, that i think is not very ethical. Please move it to prominence or use images from Unsplash or Pexels like I suggested. Also, remove the 1 click install claim, there is no such thing as one click, none of your plugins work, they failed several times for me until I had to get it done by you. Anyway, thank you for your responses so far, looking at the technical absoluteness of the theme, I was not even expecting responses or support. Best I can do is rate the theme and warn others about the theme and the sellers.

Hello. If I buy this can I add a section for custmers to register/log in. The profile should contain the basic info, and the admin should be able to edit all profile with the amount invested, date, the earnings. Like a history transactions for customers to see how much they earn.? Is your theme support something like this? Thanks.

At the moment users can only log in if they have one of the appropriate WordPress user roles: https://codex.wordpress.org/Roles_and_Capabilities. Some third party plugins might provide wider functionality for this purpose, but we can’t advise such plugins at the moment as we haven’t implemented tests.

At the moment The Events Calendar plugin does not auto-detect user locations, so users will need to input data for the plugin filter events by distance.

As we can see from the error, you tried to install the whole archive downloaded from Themeforest, with all the documentation, demo content, etc. and that’s not the proper way for theme installation. Please unpack the archive, find How-To in Docs folder (that’s index file, open it with your browser) and follow the instructions carefully. You’ll need to upload exactly “investment-business” archive, if you’re installing theme via dashboard.

Hi first of all great theme, am looking at buying this but i want to know if this theme support the membership plugins, am in a process of development a site for a client who want a financial website with a membership feature, and a dashboard, where setting actiives like deposit and redraws will be updated on their membership page. does this theme support any such plugins

Hi there. First of all, kudos on the theme, it looks great. I have a pre-sale question for you: is it possible to create new loan simulators that will have weekly payment options as well? I.E: loan to be paid in 6 months, weekly payment (rather than monthly payment)

The matter is that Investment Business theme doesn’t presuppose such functionality, there’s a need to use an additional plugin to enable weekly or monthly payment options, we just can’t recommend any at the moment as we haven’t tested mentioned plugins compatibility with the theme.
