Hello, I have decided to ask for help, because I have tried to solve the problem in every way. The Theme is very beautiful, but when testing on mobile devices, it looks different from what is shown in the demo. 2 example I will give, one is the menu that in the mobile device gets too small the text of the links, the other example is in the part that has the VG Callouts element, in the mobile device the elements of the demo stays one below the other, Already in the file that I bought stay 2 columns, one below the other with their respective VG Callouts elements, which makes the text too small to be read. The problem is in responsiveness. I need help.

I just bought your theme. How do I import the demo data?

Hello, when I enter a custom hex color code for “Theme Main Color 1” in the “ultimate Options” theme panel it’s not using my color anywhere when I refresh the page. I even viewed source and searched for the hex value in the code and it’s not found anywhere. How can I get the green to change to my custom color? Isn’t that what that option is for or does that control something else?

we purchased your UTIMATE Wordpress theme from Themeforest, and have encountered the following issues during the installation and setup on WordPress 4.6.3 and 4.7.2 versions.

I have tried to install the template from Dashboard/Appearance/Themes and on both versions the following error was given:

“Warning: POST Content-Length of 26347681 bytes exceeds the limit of 8388608 bytes in Unknown on line 0”

The template install was possible only by copy/pasting the files into the themes directory (both master and child templates), but after that the child template wasn’t recognized by WordPress only the master template is displayed in Dashboard/appearance/Themes.

When I activated the template, and I tried to install the required and pre-packed plugins another error is showing up when installing the “ultimate-common” plugin: “Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.”

I managed to install it manually by searching the plugin in the template directory but I’m not sure if this method was good; after that I have managed to import the demo content.

The current problem what I’m encountering is with (I think) the Visual Composer: the scenario is that when I import the demo content and set up the menu and page display correctly everything looks good, but when I go to edit a page everything is full with short codes instead of editable elements (see screenshot: https://snag.gy/3J7AQu.jpg), and if I try to add or edit anything or I just simply switch positions of two rows the page and the styles collapses and If I undo the changes, or restore an earlier version of the page it remains the same (screenshots: https://snag.gy/IG0pjO.jpg https://snag.gy/EutaMb.jpg).

The slider admin panel isn’t appearing nowhere, but Revolution Slider should have an admin panel in the admin menu. We kindly ask for assistance.

I have purchased and installed the Ultimate Multiple Theme but cannot get the sample demo to work. I could not locate the folder in the ../data_export/ folder as the documentation indicates. Pls help.

I have installed this theme and instantly couldnt figure out how to get the slider like on your demo. I went ahead and installed the “demo” xml.

I’ve clicked edit to view how you had set it up but its just a bunch of text? Looks like shortcodes but I have no idea how its picking up the images etc.

When I have used a theme with Visual Composer before it has been much easier. Please could you provide me some support?

Hi, we had bougnt the ultimate theme from the Themeforest store and after download and install the theme we are not able to install the ultimatemultiple Common plugis.

As you can see on the following screen it appears a message for installing the plugin, but when we proceed to install the plugin it fails and report the error:

I’m not able to activate the WPBakery Visual Composer plugin. It says that I don’t have a valid license. Is the license in the theme invalid? Is there not a license? If not, why is it a required plugin?

Also, when I try to install ultimatemultiple Common I’m seeing the following:
