I purchased this theme a couple of weeks ago and sent support questions through the proper channels but kept getting error messages about it not being delivered. I didn’t receive the email about delivery until after 24 hours of sending it. I had to purchase another theme to finish the web project. Because of this, I would like a refund, since I was unable to use this theme. I have screen shots of the emails sent and received. The only reason I’m posting this here is because I have no where else to forward the information.

Hi, i have just purchased this app and have uploaded it to my theme. i do not know how to use the pre set themes that are provided to work off from that. and i have followed the steps to upload the pluggins, but seem to have the older version of word press as a guide. if some out could help me that would be much appreciated

Currently you can change it from Plugins > Rxapps Shortcodes > Edit > Press your keyboard Ctrl F to find “Choose Plan” text you will see there is 3 “Choose Plan” text change it then click plugin update file / submit modification button.
I’m sorry, the word “Choose” or “Plan” are not in the only file of that plugin: rxapps-plugin/rxapps-plugin.php
You many unable to find it there, but it’s located in plugin file. we will give edit option in our theme next update. if you have no problem right now we can do this things in your website. give us login info to our mail ecologytheme@gmail.com so we can made this changes instantly.

One last question, how can I change the header background image? There are no Theme options and the background sliders are not pointing to that image at all.

How do you edit the image sizes on the pages. Like in the header with the iphone logos, the iphones images are taller than wider so when we add another image it resizes it to the width of original iphone images, so are more square images get resized and become very small.

You can change this icon easily. it change from my end. if you want to change icon you just type last part of font awesome classname. example. if facebook classname fa fa-facebook you just type facebook in icon input field. Thanks.
