How can I create custom page template? I created a child theme and page template but select page template menu doesn’t show in wordpress admin.
I forgot to add index.php to the child theme folder. Everything works great. Sorry my mistake.

I bought the template immediately after the release. Good. But there were problems after the last update to the Portfolio in the theme problem with the “Permalinks” after re-saving the problem disappears but it is not well after each update any plugin or SMS resave permalinks

As I said before it’s not a theme-related but more like site or server-related issue. There are more than 250+ active theme installations and nobody reported such issue.
So you should check your third-party plugins, caching settings and other server settings etc.

I bought more than 50 themes, and on my hosting many different sites. This problem is only with this template. Thank you I will solve the problem myself then if your side does not help
Ok. In this case you should know that Portfolio works on Visual Composer plugin.
Anyway, if this a theme bug and you can prove it I will provide you with a refund.

Do you plan to add blog formats (like audio) anytime soon? Also, for some reason I couldn’t view the blog grid or the masonry grid, as well as the “Our Work” page looks to be blank. Not sure if it’s just because of the updated Wordpress the other day that is interfering or if it is on my end (Windows 10 Chrome).

Can I change section h1 titles to h2 for example? The pages contain to much h1 titles and for SEO this is not very good.

Hey! Im interested in this template, but first i have to ask you about a doubt, is it possíble to use fullscreen sliders (w/ revolution slider) in the template,to put the slider above the header so it only show the logo and the menu? Thanks in advance.

Sorry for any inconvenience. That was a temporarily database upgrade issue on ticksy.com, but now it seems to be fine.
1. Speed option for Partners carousel will be added with next update.
2. Unfortunately, it’s designed without navigation arrows.
3. Order direction will be added with next update. But we’re don’t have plan to add lazy loading etc.

Hello,
I am using this theme with Yoast and have one thing which is stopping me from getting a perfect score on my pages.
“The focus keyword doesn’t appear in the first paragraph of the copy. Make sure the topic is clear immediately.”
Even if I put the keyword right at the beginning this still happens. I think that the header has a default length to it as you can see by the distance between the menu and the page title. I turn off the page title at the bottom of each page and it still happens. Is there a way to make this length smaller?
Also, to the person who was talking about speed optimization for this theme. This is one of the best themes for speed if you use the right plugins.
I use WP Fastest Cache, Autoptimize, and WP Smush and I get 98% on GT Metrix and 90% on YSlow.

It’s hard to say but probably it’s because of featured image or second title. Make sure you’re using the latest version of the theme and try to disable post title in
Theme Options > Blog Options > Single Post > Show Single Post Title?
and also disable the featured image

That didn’t work unfortunately.
I was wondering if there is a theme option to change the favicon, I can’t seem to see it anywhere and a plugin I tried for it didn’t work.
Also, is there a way to remove the two links when you hover over a product image? They link to the image URL and the actual product, I don’t want these links and only the add to cart button located underneath.

Hey Dan, is there any prognoses on when you will update your theme to be more compliant with google sitespeed. Your average score is pretty low with this theme. Will you minify the css, async and move the javascript code to the footer anytime soon? This will greatly increase performance and google ranking!

In most cases site speed optimization can be done with third-party caching plugins such as W3 Total Cache, WP Super Cache etc.

Hey no problem. I know third party plugins can achieve this result. But they also come with their own set of problems. If you look at themes like Zephyr from Up-Solution, they have built in features that optimize for speed (minified css, all js in footer except jquery etc) I think you theme has the potential to be great at this too. Hope it will happen in the near future!

I just made some tests and looks like the reason of not high score was the last update with a few images without optimizations.
After a few changes I got:
- 91/100 for desktop
- 72/100 for mobile
So it’s the same as on Zephyr

I just purchased it last week (so I haven’t been through an update yet) and I wanted to know if the theme will update through the dashboard (as it isn’t available there yet) or will I have to download, compare the customized files, and then upload the files through FTP?

When I look at any page I seem to have a 1 pixel high line right across the screen immediately under the purple curved header. The line is purple. It looks like the header is a background image and it is repeating on the y axis rather than no-repeat and being out by 1 pixel.
