Hello,
This error means that your php version is low, and that’s why this is happening.
Use at least PHP 5.4.x or greater in order to process PHP code faster, and to fix older version bugs. Note that wordpress is now recommending PHP 7 or greaterhttps://wordpress.org/about/requirements/ So, just contact your host and ask them to increase your php version to 5.4.x or higher.

How come I can’t edit the posts in Visual Composer from a Front End view? (only back end is abailable).

Another question, I am trying to import all example data. It does not seem to get pages etc. Also at the option Import type it seems that the description does not match the effect of the choice: Import Type Enabling this option will switch to a Side Position (default is Top Position). When I choose for All at Import Type, you should expect it to import all pages etc. Maybe it is mee but it seems to get stuck at 60%.

Thank you for purchasing this theme!
1) You probably has same plugin installed twice on your server or even have folder with that name. So you need to delete that from your server and you will be able to install it properly.
2) Second issue is probably connected with the low PHP resources. In order to fix this, please increase these values or ask your hosting to achieve this for you:
max_execution_time = 300 memory_limit = 128M upload_max_filesize = 128M post_max_size = 256M
