I need the big logo, not the small logo. On mobile devices, you can remove the phone from the left to not overlap the logo. The big logo also has to be scalable for mobile device, before buying it was said that the website is totally responsive. I need the changes as soon as possible. Thank you.

I noticed from the Customise option in the admin panel that the dark grey colors at background the top and bottom of the page cannot be changed and when I did it by editing the styles manually on the CSS file, the color changes back to the dark grey when the page finishes loading.
How can i permanently change the color away from dark grey both at the top, widget and footer?

Comment background-color parameter like on the screenshot below and save file: http://nimb.ws/PzCqKl Than open file style.css located in \wp-content\themes\politician\style.css and find line 5475. Change parameter background-color: rgba(50, 50, 50, 0.9); on yours own and save file. These steps would help you to change or remove background color of the footer.

Hi,
I have a few other challenges. One is that clicking the menu items in the middle of the menu bar does not take you to the respective link instead it reloads the home page. In order to click and be redirected to the actual link, you will have to position the mouse slightly below the menu item itself. This only affects the middle menu items (for example if there are 7 items on the menu, the first 2 items and the last 2 works fine while the middle 3 have this problem). Links on all the menu items however work fine after scrolling down. Please note that the social media icons as contained in the demo theme has been removed from the menu bar in our own case.

For example, I ask:

Other readers can see how your “instructions” were completely unrelated to the question I asked. Don’t even play that game. I didn’t say a thing about youtube videos – “content” includes text and, as I’ve told you in emails you haven’t replied to, there’s something in your code that breaks visual editors because this happens not only with other ones but in the Unyson visual editor you claim your theme is built around.
This is as bad as me pointing out that your theme left-justifies unordered lists and asking how can I restore it to its default behaviour, and you looking at it and going “It’s fine as it is”. Which was another non-answer.
At least you admitted that your coding for the excerpts, which kept deleting any custom excerpts, was messed up and sent me updated files. I hope you include those new files with future downloads – there was no Envato notification that your theme was updated.

It’s extremely bad practice to use demo content in the pre-sales demonstration that you can’t provide to the customer. That’s called bait and switch, whether it’s code, images, or any other aspect of the demo content presented and promised.

Do you not realise how ridiculous your “answer” is?
Your promised detailed documentation is missing basic things featured in your live demo like how to add a logo to the header, and how to prevent your footer widget from using your flag logo that’s being pulled from some third party source (as it’s not in the media files) and how to replace it with something else.
And on the next page you admit that you present images for your demo, then don’t include them with the demo content (just slabs of grey, making replacing them a guessing game)
in short what you claim you’re selling and what you deliver are two different things.

When I go under “tools” there is no option to install demo content. Why couldn’t you just provide a WXR or XML file as per standard?

How we can improve the performance of the website? It is really slow when loading the home screen. We have tried reducing the size of the homescreen (part of Slider Revolution) and removed unneeded plugins and themes. And we have also enabled Super Cache lite plugin.

The American Flag I am talking about is the background of the Featured Post Widget. The one you are talking about is for the slider (I was not referring to that).
So, the sample website has two sliders (top and bottom), and in between there is a row for widget. The one I am talking about exists in the row between these two sliders and on the left side.
