I think you have permission issue on you web hosting or you already had revslider folder in your plugins folder, if yes please delete this folder and then try to install the plugin again.

I’ve read that already and did what was displayed and still receiving the same error… even used the sample shortcode you had present within the demo and still no luck. I’ve cleared cache and everything and no luck… it there another method present that I should be aware of?

I’m so sorry but I can’t because your ticket system doesn’t take my request because support time is expired. But, you know, this is not a support issue because I bought visual composer and it’s disappeared, so I can’t use that product I bought over past year and now consequentially my website is broken.

In SEO, H1 tag is reserved for specific and important title in the page that you can use once in top of your page. you can use H1 tag in your page content.
- If you want to change all H2 tags to H1 you can modified the /functions/title.php file and replace the all H2 by H1

Hello, i have installed the theme and the demo content and i have changed the colors from the customize menu . Everything works fine except icons. The icons still remain with default color. Is there any custom CSS i can use to change them? Or i have to edit each one manually? Also i want to disable mouse wheel scroll over maps. Please advise.

You can set all general Icons color in Theme Customize and for some icons we set specific color in demo content so you should change them manually in their element settings.

You should change icons color in service box element settings.
For disabling mouse scroll on Map you have to change scrollwheel: true, to false in /functions/shortcode.php

The google maps widget doesn’t work. I searched the comments and found your answer: “As Google Map new rules, you have to add your API key in your map shortcode, please update your theme to latest version so you will be able to add your API key in map shortcode.” However I do have the latest version, but I don’t see how/where to add the API key.

If you edit the map shortcode you will be able to add api key, if you want to add api key in text widget you can add api_key=”” attribute in gmap shortcode like this:
