Hi I am purchasing the theme again as soon as my PayPal refund comes back! Is there anyway to connect my homepage to new page which I have created? Example my homepage has a embedded single release and when clicked everything inner connects through the links but when I try and connect to a separate artists page it is a unclickable link. Would this be because I deleted the demo pages and kept the homepage demo only?

Hello! Sorry if i’ve been obscure but we are a bit in rush in these days 
The theme has no functions to do what you mean to do, because the theme takes care of presenting the contents and adding content types, while the functions that you need are special functions which requires to be added via plugins and may require as well some custom code development, which i can’t say in advance. Technically, you can do everything with this theme, but the theme makes what you see in the demos and what you can read in the manual:

Hi, it may be that the plugins were not all active when you imported the demos, or some other plugin interferred with the import. Please go in Appearence->Customizer and check if maybe you need to set the colors again of if you see them ok.

By the way please be sure to have selected the correct page template and be sure to create the page with Visual Composer, adding the content in rows, as the negative margin of the first row is added to the Visual Composer element. This is the effect you oftain for example here:

Create a new page, choose the template “artist archive” for example, then in the content of the page you can put a slider. Will appear only in the first page of the archive.

Is not an issue is made on purpose, because to increase the responsivity performance, some elements can be created differently (much lighter) server side if your browser is detected as mobile. Normally the people don’t resize the browser, and if you do you do it maybe once, and all contents are already in browser’s cache so it takes like 300 milliseconds to reload.

Then the documentation is pretty short because is “inline” when you add a module via visual composer. Every element have 5 to 10 custom settings with inline explanation.
I want to be sure before I purchase. Can you play live radio shows that on air with this theme. I’m a little confused because you keep talking about .mp3 and that’s not “live.” I need this theme to be able to let user listen to shows while they are on and have a place for archived shows. Is this theme capable of doing this?
You can play an mp3 stream of any webradio provider, as long as the stream is public and not AAC.
You lot advertised your theme as being for radio stations. Radio stations are not only pre-recorded mp3 – many of them are live, which makes you’re description of your theme somewhat deceptive. Too bad, I was about the purchase it but since it does not do what I want, I’m going to find one that does. Good luck to you and be a little more clear on what your theme does next time.

I think you thought that the theme CREATES a web radio stream, which is not, and is not possible as it requires a STREAMING SERVER first of all.
This theme, instead, allows you to stream an existing web radio stream like shoutcast or icecast, untill is a valid mp3 stream, through the web page.
The theme is NOT a replacement of a web radio provider, in fact we sell wordpress themes and not softwares for creating radio servers, which is well explained in the description of the product.
I don’t know since how much you run the radio online but you won’t find any better product, specially because we built it because there weren’t any other products fitting our needs. We have a web radio since 2011, and we built all our radio station themes exactly because there is no other theme with those capabilities. There are actually more than 4000 web radios in the world using one of our themes, from music radios to sport radios, national radios, and church ones.
So I really think you were expecting the product to do something that is not proper of a WordPress theme. This theme allows you to add unlimited web radio streams (which is a URL like http://173.192.105.231:3540/Live ) and the people can listen to the music via your website.

Hello, yes is possible but we don’t support that feature as is not a professional choice. You have to add custom js code to emulate a click on a play button. All the radio platforms are supported if is mp3 public stream (you need a mp3 url reachable via browser). If is shoutcast, version <2.x are not supported from chrome.

Hello, you can link the “buy” button of an album or track to a download link. To manage downloadable files you need probably an external plugin to make this thing in a proper way, or you need to tweak a little bit the theme using the htaccess file to force the download of mp3 files instead of opening them in browser, but is possible.
For videos you are fully covered you can make filterable video galleries or use mixed galleries which supports both videos and pictures, and link to any downloadable files in the single page of the video. Don’t set it as post front page, is not needed and wordpress goes in confusion. Just create a page with your favourite blog template and link it in the menu from Appearance->menu.
2) Some templates doesn’t allow to hide the header, but it’s very related to the question 1, as when setting a page as blog post page, it will not be seen as page anymore, and Wordpress design customization can’t be applied.
3) You can use the shortcode [qtgallery id=”123”] where 123 is the ID of your gallery.

Hello I have a problem since I started working with “Visual Composer” now I have a problem, I have a white page that are in the home www.nightlifemexico.com I’m editing but looks like that there are content because I move the mouse all over the ” White page “and it seems like they are content there, my menu is at the top and when the mouse moves over there it seems like the page is there but in white.
Another bug is that in the editing page using “Visual Composer” generate a conflict, the content fields are overcome from each other as if it had an error and i cannot quit or delete because are “freezing”

The issue is because there is a Visual Composer related code present in your theme added by the theme author. You will have to get rid of it. I would advise you to do so with the help of theme author, otherwise you might loose the extra elements added by him. Once this is done, you can install the standalone plugin and it will work fine. Re-installing the theme will not help as the related code will be still present in it. As suggested earlier, you should get in touch with the theme author and get rid of this code from the theme so that it does not override and cause an issue.

We already did the gallery to add shortcodes.

Hi, that’s not a standard release function, in any music shop or normally any music album a release has a same cover as are track of the same album, this is how normally releases are done so we can’t add functions which are not in the normal way of building items. This would only make the theme heavier for tousands of people who will not take advantage of the function, i’m very sorry. Plus making this customization would cost dozens of hours, translatable in thousands of $ to make it as this can have hard ripercussions on all the js and php structure.
