Hi, I today purchased Massive 2.20 and am having issues importing the demo data.
The one click demo installer is not working. When clicking this button from the Massive dashboard homepage it redirects to the plugin installer section. The One Click Install plugin is displayed as active.
Please advise ASAP!

I am attempting to create a page with 6 columns and multiple rows to mimic this site here: http://livehudsonyards.com/15-hudson-yards/floor-plans.
I have tried two different ways but have been unsuccessful in mobile view:
1. I can easily create this same layout using your theme and visual composer. When viewing on a desktop computer all is good, but when viewing on a mobile, all six columns stack as one column instead of remaining 6 columns across with your theme. Is there some custom code I can add to adjust the responsive settings for this page so it does not automatically switch from 6 columns to 1?
2. I have also tried creating a custom HTML table to see if that would work on mobile. Again, this one views fine on a desktop, but not on mobile. When viewing the HTML Table on mobile, I am able to keep the 6 columns wide, but the right two columns are cut off. I started with the table width at 100%, then altered to 90% and 80% to see if the whole table would show on mobile. I also tried adjusting the padding of the table on the right side, but didn’t have any luck with that either.

I want to make the page responsive. Maybe I could find a solution if I could edit the banner in VC, but even after changing the role of the administrator within VC and assigning it ‘banners’, I’m not able to change the banner within VC. Do you have a solution for this?

The banner is not responsive this way and I need it to be responsive. It’s the main thing of the theme and website and it’s not responsive at this moment.

maybe I should have taken the .html version in this case, your theme doesn’t to be set up as a wordpress theme, extensive programming seems to be involved + the documentation is very minimal and out-of-date

You can use Revolution Slider if you think banner doesn’t serve your purpose the way you want. Revolution Slider has very intuitive interface and lots of options and it’s fully responsive.
Note: there is no way to modify banner in VC.

1. Documentation is packed with each and every package. And there is an online version as well. Go to massive dashboard from Massive menu and you will find the documentation button. There are demo sliders with your package as well.
2. Could you please tell us where Massive isn’t responsive or where it isn’t being responsive the way you want?
3. Go to banner from Banners menu then create a banner with parallax settings. And then using banner shortcode assign the banner to your page.

1. Where in the documentation is the explanation on how to use the slider? I know of the existence of this document, but there is no explanation on how to set up a slider.

2. Some demos are not mobile optimized, and we are really sorry for that. But good news is there is all the necessary options to do that.

There is no other way to work without changing the code. As we said before, you can use child theme to override the 404 template. Which won’t be deleted even if you update Massive.

Hey guy(s), I’ve purchased your HTML theme several times and have enjoyed it thoroughly. Very good theme. All Around. I am having an issue with this latest purchase however, I bought your WordPress version this time instead of the HTML version. I installed WordPress on my server and then updated it to the latest version. But when I try and upload your theme I get a WordPress Failure Notification and a screen that simply says:
Are you sure you want to do this?
Please try again.
I have uninstalled WordPress and reinstalled without the updated version and still get the same message when I try to upload. I’ve also tried deactivating all of the plugins with no success. Is there anything you can suggest to help me get this theme installed? Is this a known issue?

I have actually resolved this issue by manually installing the theme because the zip file is a few MB to big for the one button install. however I’ve come to find that the required “massive engine” plugin has a minimum PHP requirement of (5.3.0) but my host’s PHP is only 5.2.17. I’d love to continue buying your HTML theme in the future but this WordPress theme is not going to work for me for the time being…

@sanjayarora: in my experience, this has been an issue with previous versions of Massive. With the latest update everything seem ok now on iphone and ios devices

Our “Massive” website is online for 6 months.
Now we think about adding the Woocommerce functionality by using the “Woocommerce Germanized” plugin. (see https://vendidero.de/woocommerce-germanized)
Are there any compatibility issues witrh this plugin?

Hello.. can I please get the styling for the contact forms.. They didnt take to the styling and look average not like the demo.
And one more thing.. everytime I create a new page.. the footer logo doesnt show. I chose the Slide Up Logo option for the footer and on the home page it shows perfct but on new pages it looks like a broken image. Weird.

There are two ways to setup footer logo. One way is the theme option and another is page specific. Make sure you’ve disabled page specific option form your new page.

Sorry, I had tried reinstalling to see if that fixed the issue. It did not. I added some custom code to the style.css in the childtheme and also tried via the style.css in the massive/assets/css/style.css. Neither are showing the updates.

I am currently setting up the Massive wordpress theme for my personal portfolio. I am having an issue with the portfolio. I created a new page with the Massive portfolio template and added new portfolios. When I click on the portfolio link in menu (on my website) it displays the blog and not the portfolio. Could you tell me what I am missing/doing wrong?
