Please note that when a slider is received in a theme package, there is no need to enter a purchase code in your admin panel for it. All slider updates are received together with theme updates. If you need any assistance, please submit us a support ticket at http://cmsmasters.net/support The support team will be able to provide you with updated slider files.

An update for full compatibility with WooCommerce 3.0.x is on-the-go, it will include some minor fixes. Meanwhile you can still use the theme with the latest WooCommerce version, no serious problems will occur.

Hi I bought this theme and just installed it with demo files. I’ve installed visual composer and ultimate visual composer. When editing pages visual composer is not available unless I disable your CMS visual content builder plugin. When doing so I see visual composer in the page editor but for example Home page gets all messed up and looses all rows and columns and only code is visible. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for your help !
PS: Would you have the link to the video you are using in the home page top rev slider? I really like it and would like to ask author to use it..
Update: I am able to initiate visual composer without disabling your content builder however i can only see the whole page’s shortcodes and php code in one row thuss the rows and columns are not in the same format…Any help? Thanks!

Visual Composer (Page Builder by wpbakery) isn’t included in the theme package and we can’t guarantee its compatibility with Buzz Club, as we haven’t implemented such compatibility tests. Though we can’t deny mentioned plugin will work properly with our theme.
For the demo we used our own CMSMasters Content Composer plugin with a huge custom shortcode collection, all the demo content was made with its help. That’s why you can see only the code on the front-end when it is disabled. Please check this video demonstrating how easily shortcodes can be managed. It’s taken for another product from our portfolio, but general idea for Buzz Club is the same. We’d also kindly advise to check other videos under Features menu item to see other composer and overall theme options. Our customers usually use exactly Cmsmasters’ Content Composer, as they are absolutely satisfied with it.
Concerning the video in the slider – it was taken from the resource where authors allow using it for free, you can find it here.

Google map of the venue isn’t showing next to the event listing’s featured image. Any idea what might be causing this?

To display the google map on the open event please enable Show Google Map option while editing the event and add your Google Maps API key to Events – Settings – APIs tab.
The matter is that a while ago Google changed the way Google Maps should function and now API key is required (it wasn’t required previously). The key can be generated here. Here is a video instruction so that you can see how the key should be generated. Please be sure that you activated the Google Maps JavaScript API and Google Maps Geocoding API.

Post slider shortcode doesn’t provide such functionality. Some third party plugins might provide wider functionality for this purpose, but we can’t advise such plugins at the moment as we haven’t implemented tests, appreciate your understanding.

Hi there I purchased and installed this theme, but I do not see any options for me to install the CMSMS Mega Menu. The menus don’t seem to work without it. Please advice.
Also whenever I make changes and save the Theme Settings. The setting don’t change and keep defaulting back to the original ones. Ideas?

The matter is that Buzz Club theme isn’t supposed to include CMSMS Mega Menu plugin. On our demo site you can see that we don’t use it and besides it isn’t mentioned at the theme description at Themeforest. We’ll update the theme documentation, thank you for pointing at this mistake.
To set the menu as on our demo please proceed to the Appearance – Menus tab and set the Primary Navigation and Secondary Navigation.

Just wanted to verify a statement made by user paoloamore. My logo on mobile is shifting to the right as well. I was, however, able to fix it by using custom CSS.
Also, is there a way to register the LayerSlider & Slider Revolution plugins so I can update them? Both are asking for Purchase codes, but the purchase code for this theme isn’t accepted by either plugin.

In fact it is rather hard to say what can be causing such a problem with the logo displaying without seeing the website and investigating the issue from your end. Please send us a request here and our support team will investigate your case. Thank you in advance.
As for the messages concerning purchase code – as developers we are the owner of proper purchase code exactly for Revolution and Layer Sliders. Slider licenses prohibit us from distributing sliders purchase codes, that’s why we cannot provide it. Theme purchase code won’t be accepted in slider as it refers to a completely another product. But please note that purchase code isn’t required for slider functioning, it allows to get plugin updates via dashboard, it’s not necessary as updates will be provided in theme updates on the Themeforest.

Where do I go to add an event or edit an event? I don’t see that option anywhere and it is not documented in the help file.

In fact the easiest way to make your site look like our demo one is to import demo content. The theme comes with a .xml file that allows you to import all the pages and posts like they are on the demo site. You can find this file in the Demo content folder you downloaded from the Themeforest.
Please note, that all the images are not included and are substituted with placeholders, as according to our license we can’t redistribute them. Please install the WordPress importer plugin, then proceed to the Tools-Import-WordPress, upload file and import. You’ll need to import the Content itself and the theme settings.
The theme documentation contains rather detailed instructions concerning the demo content import (you can find it at the DOCS folder you downloaded with the theme archive – please open index.html file in any browser)
