i need to update lms learn dash, i put in my purchase code and it does not activate. i sent a ticket and was told that i cannot get the latest version. this is total rubbish!! i paid for this theme i want the updated version, i cannot use certain add ons without the latest version. either help me activate and update lms or refund me immediately!

“This site can’t be reached” I am so tired of the poor and delayed support that you and your team provides the customers that purchase themes and related items at cmsmart. I no longer use this theme and have purchased another one for a considerable amount more because you do not provide support in a timely manner. As well, when support does eventually come, there is no instructions on how to carry on or adjust anything that has been done causing customers to make a new ticket and wait an additional few days before a response.
Frankly, I do not appreciate your level of support and I will never recommend this theme nor your service to anyone. Such a sad choice I made but an educated one.

Having difficulty with some features that are displayed in your demo, i.e no register tab, no option to check out or create account, a lot of headache! WARNING TO ALL – Replies to tickets take anywhere between 24 and 48 hours and it seems they only send one reply every 24 hours, by far the slowest ‘customer service’ i have ever experienced and very frustrating!!!. Even when they reply, the answers are not concise or they are in very poor english or one sentance meaning you have to ask the same question several times and still not receive a solution! Totally fed up of dealing with them.

90% of the support and designers I work with are in different timezones yet they make their support available. Its taken you nearly a week to give me a working website, thats a week delay to my project, its just not acceptable – are we any closer to getting something that is remotely similar to the demo?

What is the issue with your r support? This theme won’t install and it’s been two days and no one has responded to my ticket.
Still waiting – Theme will NOT install properly. 3 days on a question in their support and they have not answered.
I already created a ticket last week and no one has responded to it.
I am a long time customer of Envato and have never had such problems with a developer. This theme is very buggy.
If this problem is not fixed by TODAY (it has already been 4 days) then I want a refund

Our theme is still requirement php 5.6 or greater https://gyazo.com/8a47ed9b4d9726afc4099d07de0cc27dSo solution for it : please tell your hosting update php to greater version to 5.6 ++

Recently i have purchased “Education” theme for one of my clients from Envanto. I have spend more than an hour abt how to contact with these guys, so that i can ask them a question, abt how to make the theme look like the demo, they have shown on themeforest. but its so frustrating that i didn’t find any way to contact with them. actually they put couple of ways on their site and also on themeforest, but none of them actually work or i dint find a way how to make it work. now can pls somebody help me how to make theme look like its demo.
