Hello. Please check the previous comments, they are related to the same question. In a nutshell, you can edit labels/names of fields via theme translating however theme files changing required to remove or add another fields.

You can translate theme via string translation. There are options available:
1. installation of extra plugin (WPML or some another one)
2. external software using, e.g. Poedit (https://poedit.net/ , goo.gl/QB4jEM​)

You can replace shortcode of current CF with CF7 shortcode – prepend it via visual composer or replace in Classic mode of edit.

Hello, the e-mail is to be changed at Settings -> General (Email Address). The fields can be deleted/added via files editing, the form is precoded.
We’d recommend to use extra plugin (e.g. Contact Form 7) for creating forms with extended functionality.

Are you kidding ? In the Settings -> General (Email Address) is administrator email. Isn’t posibility change form target email ???

or

allow_url_fopen = On; in php.ini or php5.ini
