Great theme design! However, I am trying to use the split slider on my home page but am not sure how to set it to be full screen (flush on all edges) rather than have padding all around the images in each slider. I really like the example provided in the demo/preview and hope to be able to set mine to full screen as well. How can I go about doing this?

first of all, its a lovely theme. very clean and very easy to use. i was wondering though if i can embed facebook also on the website, besides twitter or instagram. do i need to get a separate plugin, or do you have this option also?

Hi there, I have a problem sharing my homepage on Facebook. Even if it’s not appearing anywhere, when I try to share my page on Facebook, as description this text always appears: “Lorem quis bibendum auci Lorem gravida nibh vel velit auctor aliquet. Aenean sollicitudin, lorem quis bibendum auci elit consequat ipsutis sem nibh id elit. Duis sed odio sit amet nibh vulputate cursu. Ut enim ad minim veniam.”.

You can manage that content with some 3rd party plugin, such as Open Graph https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-facebook-open-graph-protocol/ .
There is no option in the theme for this.

I’m currently using your theme for a portfolio website, and I was trying to remove the ‘like’ icon from the portfolio items. Is there a way to do this?
Also I would like to know if there’s a way to show all the portfolio items in homepage by date, now they show in a random order (maybe they show randomly because of the featured images size?).

There is no option to set big post first and then 2 columns grid or split column. There is option to use just split column as a blog layout for instance.

1) It depends which portfolio type you use in portfolio list. If you use masonry for instance and use all square images with same size, it is possible.
2) Yes, you can choose between 3,4 or 5 columns.

If I try to import all the demo content it only imports Media Files and Widgets but no pages. Is there anything that can fix this problem? Using the WP 4.7.2 and current version of Malmö.
And is there a way to export and import Elated Options? I have a test server and I want to migrate the settings without re-entering it.

I’m Charline from Gouiran Beauté company. I purchased Malmö Theme, and I’m actually trying to installing it on Beautelive.com, but when I activate the theme it goes wrong. The entire website display the Internal Server Error (HTTP error 500) page and I must restore a previous save of my FTP server. For information, my Wordpress version is the 4.7.2. Please give me a solution quickly, I have to redesign the site before the 6th of March.

Exactly. When i say button you could read it like a CTA button. It’s not that. It’s just what you said: display a button (ex: “about”) instead of featured image.

I just purchased and downloaded this theme, but I couldn’t upload it to Wordpress but it said:
“The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
Theme install failed.”
I also looked in the downloaded folder/zip and there was no style.css stylesheet.
