I am using your EOS theme and when I upload screenshots to the “screenshot” section it stacks them instead of displaying in a carousel?

Hi, I just ordered the WordPress version of your EOS theme. I can’t seem to find the left side phone PSD (white phone) for WordPress layout #3 (also used in the pre-launch page). Is it hidden in one of the PSDs I do have or can you send me that directly?

I’ve purchased the theme, but when I try to run the dummy text installer… the text and layout is transfering… but images are not. Why?

I purchased and installed this theme on my wordpress.com business site (not self-hosted). Now the page looks completely broken… does this theme not support wordpress.com sites?

I’m trying to upload dummy content using tools-import… when doing this is is saying “Failed to import media”and won’t load content. If I try loading content another way that was suggested in the comments section, it says it’s missing a style.css document.

Hi guys, awesome template. However, I didn’t realise it was so contained within the theme options. I have a few problems for this as I am in China:

1) I want to be able to disable the menu at the top. 2) I need multi-language, is this possible? 3) Can I use youku links or embed a video directly for the video streaming section?

I bought your Wordpress EOS template, I encountered a problem to import the demo media. When I import the xml file, all the content installs except the media. Can you explain how to correct this bug? Can you tell me how to remove for example the price table section?

You guys should call the “App Download Section” the hero section so people know. it is very confusing when that is not the case. Also make sure people put it at the top. just a point of help. it took me a while to figure that out.

All my issues have not been resolved. This theme shows the entire landing page on Firefox but only a single frame on Safari. Half of my visitors will use Safari.

Not sure why this is but this is a show stopper.

In addition to the error messages I get when installing this theme, I am also having problems with it displaying properly via Safari browser.

I purchased the EOS wordpress theme but can not get it to work properly with Safari and have a few problems with Firefox. I sent an email to your support email address but have not received a response.

This product does not work with Safari and has some problem with Firefox. I need it to work with Safari.

For these reasons I would like a refund.

I’ve just had tech support install the demo version of the theme however ALL Modifications I have made while the are saving within wordpress are not displaying on the live website/URL. Is this theme broken?

I have very tight deadlines which I’ve missed now. I bought this theme thinking it would be easy to set up as most other themes are. I simply need a landing page saying indicating the app is coming soon and offer people to sign up to get notified when the app is released.
