I contacted with Ticksy and they said that this is an undefined issue, because their cloud servers is not available. We now have a night, but in the morning we will open new support service on another place. About the problem, we did not have enough time to test version 3.0 because the update came out exactly one day ago, but we promise tomorrow to release an update with integration to 3.0.

I see comments from 1 month ago confirming that an update would occur within days that includes ALL demo content. I purchased the theme yesterday and it only included 3 demo pages…none of the extensive content as portrayed prior to purchase.

Pre-purchase question: can it be used without installing Woocommerce? I understand that demo pages using Woo won’t work but I do no intend to use Woo. Can you confirm if the rest of the functionalities will still work?

Sure, WooCommerce is a third-party plugin, so if you aren’t going to make a store all other theme features work great. You just don’t have to install WooCommerce plugin

A couple final questions - 1. Is there a place where I can see your updates (I see you’ve been updating in the last couple days, but I can’t see what’s been updated. 2. Our site has over 500 posts and pages - is there a way to globally set the post layout so that all existing posts have the full width header (with image, title, author, etc) so we don’t have to do this manually?
