what are the available AD slots? Does it support in-line post ADs? Can you point me to a page showing all AD placements?

Since it’s a plugin (AdRotate), it has shortcodes and widgets, so you can insert your ADs everywhere you want, even inline article. You can also create new Ad slots for your site

a couple questions, is possible always visible the left menu hamburger? you can add for responsive or mobile view whatsapp and email in share? any option to hide from responsive or mobile view the white top header? could move left menu hamburger to appear on the right after the search icon like this example goo.gl/9ZpN67 ?

Also thanks for the great feedback. A mobile-first theme must also be mobile experience first. I’m telling our devs to add Whatsapp and Email share button to the responsive and mobile view.
About the white top header, you can use Visual Composer to hide it in responsive settings (Here’s how: https://wpbakery.atlassian.net/wiki/display/VC/Responsive+Settings )
About the left menu, it’s designed to overlap the content section, so it cannot always be visible, and we also do not have an option to display it on the right, but you could use sidebar to create a left or right sidebar menu (for example https://magwp.staging.wpengine.com/news/ )
We are still adding more features and functionalities to our theme based on your feedbacks and comments to make the theme even better.

Super! I can’t seem to find the header options – is it possible to set logo centrered above the menu, and does the logo display as hi-res on retina screens? Thanks!

We are still adding more demos and designs to our themes, we will add Menu with Centered Logo in the next version and We can customize the header menu for you if you want to centralize it for free since we will add that feature in our theme in the next update anyway
Also, we have an option for Retina logo for Hi-res, just go to Customizer / General / Logo / Retina Logo
