Hi, I have downloaded your OneX Theme and have installed/imported the required plugins and demo data. I have a few major problems with setup:

1. When I try to edit or add a new page I just get a blank white screen 2. When I go to sections, clicking on a section in the list on the right hand side does nothing at all, the options on the page do not change and I just see the portfolio options whatever I do. 3. At the bottom of the section options screen the background color section says there has been a critical error with the website. 4. Importing the demo data doesn’t cause the site to look anything like your live demos. What should I do to resolve this?

i have tried to install this theme, but cant get the pages to load it is only a blog installed

i imported demo content. but the landing home page is showing some codes on the front page. some section contents are not showing. Just showing the background codes on front page. what can i do?

after installing and activating this onex theme my Homepage is not coming properly. it is showing just some default features of wordpress. What can i do?

Okay – maybe i´m too stupid (i think most of the times the customers does something wrong) - using PHP 7.1 on my server.

I created a section and linked it to a site – everything seems to work fine but before every section there is the line

Hello, I purchased for Onex long time ago but my website is gone because of hosting service changes. Now, I am trying to set up all the things again but I could not import the demo. Actually, when I try to import the demo I see the same thing “Media “canola2” already exists. Media “dsc20050315_145007_132” already exists. Media “dsc20050727_091048_222” already exists. Media “dsc20050813_115856_52” already exists. Media “dsc20050831_165238_332” already exists. ...................and so on…” but nothing is changed on my website. Is there any way to import the demo for me?

Demo data is not installing. I see the images in the media library. I have the static page settings set properly but no dice. What’s the deal?

I imported the demo content using the Wordpress Importer. If I view one of the pages it installed I see the demo content and everything looks good. If I go to edit the page (both in cassic but I also have visual composer installed), it shows no content, as if the page was blank/new.

Any help is appreciated.

Two questions on this Onex Theme.

1) How do I change the link location when you click on the company logo I’ve uploaded to go to my newly created homepage? 2) I’ve tried changing the font to Ubuntu which it allows me to do, but does not make any change in the actual theme when I click preview?

Hi thank you for a great theme. I have been trying to get the slider to work but whenever I try it, I get it a blank background. Everything else works fine. Can you advise what to do to fix the slider?

(I purchased the template and am using it on my site.)

I’m noticing glitches on the Team Section. When I add more than 5 people, the photos for the employees after #5 no longer show up. Also the team member template fields that normally contain the fields Name / Designation / Profile Image etc… start malfunctioning when I add more than 5 employees. The fields instead become Name / Email / Profile Image – the email field is somehow duplicated for the team member and the Designation field is nowhere to be found.

I need to be able to add more than 5 employees to the page, and it is very frustrating that the template is malfunctioning when I try to do so.
