- If I import the demo, will it be ready to go, or will I need to configure any other settings, or install other plugins
- Can I disable certain features, such as blog, Career, community
- Do users register, or can we set up accounts for users

1. Once you install dummy data on your website, your site will look exactly the same as our demo http://microoffice.themerex.net/. No additional tools should be set up. In case you would like to implement some additional features on your website, you may install extra plugins that is actually up to your needs.
2. The theme is fully customizable so you may remove some options if there is no need.

I see that our support agent has provided you a couple of the screenshots with the evidence that colors change option works fine on your website. You have cache on your server enabled so you can not see the modifications in the same browser once you do some edits. You may see new colors in some other browser which does not have cached information.
Moreover, our technicians created a video for you to see that this feature works perfectly on a default theme.
The screenshots were the preview of colors. It was not the actual site changing colors. Big difference, buddy.
In addition, I stopped the cache and it still failed. You owe me a refund.
Can’t download demo content, and yes, I already tried using allow_url_fopen to make it work. Please help asap.

After making sure I am uploading the right .zip file, I still am not able to install the this theme I just purchased. I need it ASAP, but keep getting a white page saying “Are you sure you want to do this” and the only option is “please try again”.

Here the same problem with the Demo content import error. I asked my hoster and he means that is an protocol issue because my site is SSL secure and the download location of demo content is http (not secure)...

We tested dummy data import for the websites with secure connection and could import demo content with no issues. In case you faced some problems with dummy data installation, please make sure your server meets the following configuration:
max_execution_time 600 sec
memory_limit 256M
upload_max_filesize 32M
post_max_size 32M
Be free to contact your hosting provider asking to set up your server due to the parameters mentioned above. Then try to re-install the demo content.

All the bundled plugins are available for free usage so there is no need to purchase any further licenses. There are no other plugins which must be installed to use the theme.

First of all: Great Job! Really like the design and everything.
I’m building my own site now and imported all the demo-data – as a noob with no know-how about all that homepage-stuff that made sense to me. But now, as I’m adapting, i have two little problems:
1.) Is it possible to remove the Micro Office Logo on the Header? Changing the Header Logo works on every page, but not on the starting page. If not: Is it possible to get a bigger gap between the Logo and the “Header Logo Text” (i don’t know if that’s the right term, i’m using wordpress in german)?
2.) How can I choose the icon in the main menu? I was happy with the imported icons but as i changed the menu the upleveled pages changed to a three-stripe-icon.
