I’m not a developer . I am just a blogger. I really like your theme but I bought your theme only because you said it’s fast. But honestly not fast as I thought . My hosting provider is wpengine and I didn’t install any third party plugin . Home page take bit longer than post . Is there anything else I can do. Please could you have a look at your homepage for next update.

About the speed, usually the main reason for the slower loading are not optimized images. Please check on that first.

Ah thats not what i wanted to hear, How would a 300px300p featured image look on the front page?
Featured image will stretch to the full width in any case. If you want you can leave us an email and we will make sandbox account where you can test everything out.

First, this is really really nice theme. Very clean adn looks very impressive as well as professional.
Now, I have some questions;
1. Why is there only one Homepage? Is it possible to have sidebar on the homepage?
2. I miss some ads spots like 728×90 between the menu and body and some in inside the content as well as in sidebar.
3. Can we also have Facebook Comments
4. Why are there NO SHARE BUTTONS on single posts?

1. Yes, of course. You can choose where you want to show sidebar.
2. There are no native preprepared spots for ads in Readable. Currently, you will need to use some plugin for that.
3. Yes, this can be done. You would need to follow Facebook’s guide -> https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/comments/
4. Readable also works with Jetpack plugin and there you can activate the share buttons. You can also use any other plugin which will add share buttons on your page.
Solid theme and truly fast theme, but the price is not competitive considering the features – no elements beyond basic 5 things like buttons and tabs, no additional page templates, no visual composer or revo slider, not saying i need them but you know, for 60 bucks there are themes that offer more. Meh.
Hi. Thanks for your opinion. Unfortunately, if we added visual composer and revolution slider implementation in our theme it wouldn’t be solid and truly fast anymore. Both of those plugins are bloated and we would use other solutions anyway. However, sometimes more is not better for specific niche and we believe Readable blog theme is worth every dollar for what you will get. I understand your point and when there is enough demand for additional features we will add them for free in the next updates.
