Hi, I Bought the theme and in the description it’s write : “Layer Slider & Revolution Slider – Company and Office WordPress Theme theme comes with two popular slider plugins included, a Layer and Revolution Slider, both have supreme functionality and breathtaking effects. No need to purchase them, it’s all in!”
But it ask for a purchase code. Where do I find it?
And an other question : How do I make a player list like in “our team”?

As for the messages concerning purchase code – as developers we are the owner of proper purchase code exactly for Revolution and Layer Sliders. Slider licenses prohibit us from distributing sliders purchase codes, that’s why we cannot provide it. Theme purchase code won’t be accepted in slider as it refers to a completely another product. But please note that purchase code isn’t required for slider functioning, it allows to get plugin updates via dashboard, it’s not necessary as updates will be provided in theme updates on the Themeforest. Or you can always contact us to get the latest slider version via email.
Concerning OUR TEAM page – it is made with the help of the Profiles and Progress Bars shortcodes.
In fact the easiest way to make your site look like our demo one is to import demo content. The theme comes with a .xml file that allows you to import all the pages and posts like they are on the demo site. You can find this file in the Demo content folder you downloaded from the Themeforest.
Please note, that all the images are not included and are substituted with placeholders, as according to our license we can’t redistribute them. Please install the WordPress importer plugin, then proceed to the Tools-Import-WordPress, upload file and import. You’ll need to import the Content itself and the theme settings.
The theme documentation contains rather detailed instructions concerning the demo content import (you can find it at the DOCS folder you downloaded with the theme archive – please open index.html file in any browser)

The Events Calendar plugin contains .pot file, that allows to make translations for the phrases. You can find the .pot file in wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/lang/ folder. More information about the translation of the Events Calendar plugin could be found here.

Hi. I’ve tried to follow the instructions on this link to add new fonts but seems like they are for another one for your templates. How do I change the fonts? Do I add them as custom css?

Can hopefully be fixed easily with CSS but i can’t see which selector to use…
Next up – organiser/organizer – I changed the language to EN_uk but on the single bent page, that’s changed to organiser in a couple of places but not everywhere. The Organizer name field has not updated. Strange to have one one way and not the other…
Next up – wp-content/themes/sports-club/framework/class/widgets.php - hard coded Flickr link http:// when should be https:// because Flickr supports ssl. Otherwise this throws errors in inspector and I don’t get the green https sign in the URL bar. I fixed it myself for now. Can you change that for next update?
Finally with layer slider, on the 2nd side on that site, there’s a logo on top of the main slide background. It positions itself fine but when I make that logo into a link, it won’t stay in position and moves to the top left corner of the slide. apparently there’s been some bugs with layer slider, can you include the latest version in the next update of this theme?
Sorry for all the messages but they’re separate issues so I wanted to raise them one by one.
Looking forward to hearing from you as this site is live and not quite finished becaus fo these small issues that aren’t obvious to fix.

Please make sure that you are using the latest theme version. To update the theme just download the newest archive from the Themeforest, unzip it and upload the new theme version on your server (please make sure there are no nested folders). I recommend you to rename the theme version you used previously (for example name the theme folder “sports-club-old”), in such a case this theme version will be backed up on your server.
Besides there is a need to update Content composer plugin included to the theme. Please delete the previous plugin version and install the new one from the sports-club\framework\admin\inc\plugins folder. It should be helpful.

At the moment users can only post content if they have one of the appropriate WordPress user roles: https://codex.wordpress.org/Roles_and_Capabilities. Some third party plugins might provide wider functionality for this purpose, but we can’t advise such plugins at the moment as we haven’t implemented tests. Appreciate your understanding.

HI there, I bought and installed you theme but for some reason the ‘clients’ shortcode is not displaying the company logos I have uploaded. You can see it on my homepage just above the footer http://ghanew.hendersonkena.com/. Also, chaging the Twitter username is not changing the Twitter feed just above the footer, it still shows your Twitter feed. Thanks

As I can see you have updated the theme and the issue with clients shortcode is solved now.
Concerning the Twitter – please add your own Twitter keys in Theme Settings – Elements – Custom Codes, there you can find 4 fields concerning Twitter functionality, that need to be filled with relevant codes. To generate new keys please proceed to https://dev.twitter.com/ and log in using your Twitter login data, then find Tools – Manage your apps and fill in the form. Hope it will be helpful.

We don’t offer access to the dashboard, but there’s still a possibility to see how everything works on the backend. For this purpose please watch the videos you can find under Features menu item here. They are taken for another product from our portfolio, but general idea for Sports Club is the same. As you can see, all content elements can be easily changed/edited according to your requirements.
We include detailed instructions for the theme set up and demo content uploading, besides you can always contact our support team for any additional assistance.

I have not imported the demo content and I did not create content with another page builder. The content is displayed when I switch to a default theme as Twenty Sixteen. I noticed the WordPress toolbar was displayed about the front office when the theme Sports Club is on.

I found the solution to my problem, it has already been reported by catsport. There is a problem in the theme-functions.php file on line 614, an error occurs if WooCommerce is not enabled. I added an if statement as advised catsport and the problem disappeared.

In fact we haven’t received similar reports about Sports Club theme. .htacess file is located beyond theme package, in such case it should be helpful to contact your hosting provider to receive further assistance. Besides we’d advise you to clear the database and re-install WordPress and the theme, there will be a need to elaborate your site from scratch.
