Hi. I’m trying to get support though the Progression Studios site, but, even though I have my Purchase Code, The Happy Inn template is not on the product list there, so my question is not accepted. How can we resolve this?

Yeah, our theme can easily be translated to any language. If you wanted to use multiple languages, you will need to use a multi-language plugin. Our recommendation is the WPML plugin but there are some great free options as well. Here is a list: https://codex.wordpress.org/Multilingual_WordPress .

where do edit the image behind the counters on the home page? i see how to edit the counters but not the image in the background.
Also when I change the info in the top header, IE phone or address the header bar doubles in height and will not go back to the normal size unless I remove all the widgets from it?

Yeah, the main demo has an example of this: https://happy-inn.progressionstudios.com As you scroll, the menu will stay fixed at the top. This option can easily be turned on or off as needed. The transparent header demo has this feature turned off.
