Hi, we usually update the theme at about 3 months and when a new WordPress version is released. You should receive an email if you checked “Get notified by email if this item is updated” option in the Downloads section. If you have a feature suggestion, please send us an email and we’ll do our best to integrated it.
Hi, at the moment I don’t have any specific request only, checking the the timeframe of updates. So with that said probably you will release an update this month or so. There is any new function or changes that your are working on? If so what should we expect?
It will not be major changes, just a maintenance release. Right now we’re working on a new theme. After we finish it, we’ll focus on updating the existing themes. Thanks for understanding!
Possible features/Improvements:
1- Add Tripadvisor URL option on Theme Options->Social Media
2- Gallery allow to only have one row with horizontal scroll
3- Images on demo with border displaced black like this one https://matchthemes.com/demowp/dina/wp-content/uploads/2017/01/about-7.jpg convert the black border to css. And when mobile remove the border probably with full image.

In order to display image border with css you’ll have to use the following div class container:

Its something you would implement sometime? If so probably when? just to know when to expect probably.
I don’t have an exact timeframe, for these new features. Hope to implement at least the testimonials till mid December.
How is the content managed? I don’t see a page builder.
I try to keep my themes as light and fast as possible, without using 3rd party plugins. The home sections are easy to create via custom post type option. For menu, team, gallery pages you can use built-in page templates or shortcodes.
Of course you can use a page builder plugin with the theme if this is what you want. There are some free good page builders you can try.

Hi, great theme! One question: I am using header 3 with a sticky header. The sticky header partially covers up the content of the page. This is also the case in responsive mode. Hi Jeroen, thanks for using Dina theme. In order to fix your issue, you’ll need to add some custom css style. Go to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS, delete the commented text and add the following style:
body{ padding-top:65px; }

You’re welcome! Yes, both WP topbar and site menu are in fixed position, that’s why the conflict. But it’s fine when you check it as a simple user, as you said it

If some of the images are not imported, that should not be a problem because I consider you’ll add your own images to reflect your business;) If you need the pictures in the demo, just let me know. Hi, Are there more shortcodes to use the menu? [food_menu_acc] shows all the menu items but not working properly with subcategories. When you use a subcategory, the sub will be shown unterneath alle parent categories.

If some of the images are not imported, it may be some miscommunication between host servers. If you need the pictures in the demo just send me a private message and I’ll send them to you.

You forgot to install the required MT-Dina plugin for properly use the theme. It’s a box at the top of WP admin that informs you about this.

why some of the media are failing.. for demo purpose I think that we should be able to get the import working 100%. Can you fix that? I tested manually and the links from xml file are ok.. but for some reasons the import of some files is failling.. thx!
