As far as we can see the theme is not installed correctly. Could you please provide us with fresh WordPress installation so we can install latest theme version including demo content on it. Please send us new credentials at: info@kenzap.com and we will make as soon as possible.

these codes are from the home page i can’t get any video to work and the second code is for the mobile app link I cant get the pictures to point to the destination
We have released a new version of Madang that actually fixes all these things. We have checked but currently you are not using the latest version. You can get the update from your Themeforest account downloads section.
Keep in mind that Madang theme and Madang plugin have to be updated simultaneously. Let us know if you need any help.

the new theme is upload and still having the same problem can you check
if you log on the same errors you will see at the top
Your theme (Madang Child Theme) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. You can see which files are affected from the system status page. If in doubt, check with the author of the theme.
Your theme does not declare WooCommerce support – Please read our integration guide or check out our Storefront theme which is totally free to download and designed specifically for use with WooCommerce.
Are you using any caching plugin that is active now? Please turn it off and clear cache. Browsers cache might be also the reason. Also new theme comes with Page Builder. Please switch to it and build those pages that you experience problems with using Widgets. You may want to install new demo content that clearly describes in examples how to use Page Builder. We know that theme is working and we have been testing a lot of times but unfortunately custom client environment may arise such issues.
Hi, I’m having trouble with the settings from the template. The widget Madang Banner on the Home Page is only working with the option “Parallax Banner”. Other options are leaving a blank space. What should I do? Thanks in advance. website: zentra.com.ar

Hi, how can I display the cart menu on header? My theme version is 1.6.1
Go to customizer > header. Tick then save / untick then save show cart option. Seems like some caching problem

In working with this theme, I’m finding that when I make a change using the Page Builder application and save my work, the progress bar lights up and get stuck in a loop. There is nothing I can do except refreshing the page and losing my work. Please advise.
Does it happen always or under specific page and settings? Did you also try to work under different browser?

Hello, I am not able to import demo contents through ‘one click import’ as I get a 500 error. I have tried everything on my server to try to get this to import but doesn’t work. I wanted to import demo data through WP Import function but there is no XML file with content in my download files. I looked for: madang.wordpress.2017-02-08.xml It is not there. Hello! I would like to check if you have administrator demo for this? We are planning to buy this within the day, we wanted to focus on the delivery management for this. I was hoping if there’s a scheduled delivery feature if the customer ordered for a 1 week meal, like:
Monday – 1pm Tuesday – 2pm and 3 pm Wednesday – 1pm
and so on.

No in fact we do not have it but it could be a good feature to add in future releases. it would be great If you could provide more details. Like explaining the process and administrator interaction examples.

1. maybe search for a plugin. 2. add customized shortcode. You need copy the form itself and create style according to your need. By default theme does not support this.

I have recently purchased your healthy meal delivery theme and am at the point of adding/editing daily meal plans.
The instructions downloaded say:
In order to create your first Daily Meal Plan that can later be used in any nutrition program displayed on your website go to Meals > Add New. Provide your meal plan with a title and start declaring your day.however there is no option for “meals” that i can see in my wordpress?

Hello! I’ve gotten pretty far with your theme which I’m impressed with myself by, as I’m not a developer. I do have a few true concerns and then some aesthetic questions…I’ll fire them away here:
Issues: -I’m using the homepage_testimonial block and the text is cutting off on the right edge. -The footer menu us not linking to anything? It’s set up like a normal menu, I have no idea why it’s not functional? -When I go to customize the theme, all the options in that menu are gone? They were there before, but all gone now.
Functionality Questions: -how can I modify the contents in the woocommerce short codes? There is some text in terms of “need help?” at the bottom of the shop/cart and it needs to be updated to reflect my company. -how can I add an image to the back of a block on a page? The perfect example is the page that has a pricing grid on your demo site (http://preview.themeforest.net/item/madang-healthy-food-delivery-wordpress-theme/full_screen_preview/18967770?_ga=1.222904027.1579567930.1486932367) vs. my site (https://www.cleanandcolorfulkitchen.com/pricing/) there are a few other blocks I’d love to play with background images, but I cannot figure out the code snippet. -When you hover over an image, it turns black and white. My concept is clean and colorful. Is there any way to NOT have it turn black and white? It makes the food pics look kinda gross. -How do I set up a blog page? -How do I set up an Instagram feed? It looks like the sample in your preview is not actually an instragram widget as much as just a gallery? Should I just download a regular plug-in?

Also my dishes are having variation price when different option, but the price showed on product grid is only take the price from simple product. When my dishes set variable products, the price shows zero. Is it possible to show varied price on product list and grid?
