I have purchased this theme earlier and now I am trying to redesign my website by installing the theme and start creating pages. Problem is when I installed the WP Bakery plugin, I started getting error – There has been a critical error on your website. This should not happen normally! can you please help what just happened with theme??

It is problem with the plugin which you bundled with the theme. I will not be able to renew the theme and I am just looking to install the theme and use it for my existing website redesign. If you can solve it then its ok if not then also fine! I will find other way!

With the latest woocommerce plugin i am facing following problems
1.It showing error (Your theme (Hydd Child) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files.)
2. Add to card functionality not working

I am unable to submit tickets but why is it not available in My Account >> Downloads, since I have already purchased the theme. I am able to download the theme files but few files are missing inside, especially widgets files. Fix your default theme downloadable zip file and it will resolve the issue.
All widgets file moved to core plugin, not in theme file…

Do something to increase the page speed! speed is very low! update codes of your theme so that our site can become fast. It’s affecting our seo.

Use super cache plugin to make it fast. Also Ur site content will not exceed 3mb for fast….

I am using w3total cache but when i minify the css the theme has issues and distort the designing of website
Don’t use w3 total , use super cache as it has less weight

w3 total cache is good – It achieved 85 B grade in pingdom text. WP supper cache did not even achieve 80.
Only issue with w3 total cache is when I minify the CSS and JS, it is distorting the design of pages and even not loading the CSS.
Please don’t minify as it will make lot issues…
Hi! I’ve experiencing an IE glitch where the logo is left aligned (supposed to be centered) and the menu items falls down one row (although this is less of a problem).
Is this something you’re aware of, or could I possibly be doing something wrong here?

Nope – Looks just like above in IE 11.0.38 on Win7 Professional. Tested on two different PCs with same result.

I don’t have access to a PC at the moment but I think your fix would work, except not fixing the line height errors.
