Hi,

I purchased the theme in 2015, and by default it comes with Layer Slider plugin. I need to deactivate that plugin as it crashed my whole site. I cant submit ticket to the Plugin developers as we have not purchased the plugin as it comes in built with your theme.

Please deactivate the the layerslider plugin, I am trying but its not getting deactivated.

Please reply it’s URGENT.

I recently added several portfolio items for my client using your theme, then added them to the “Highlighted” portfolio used in the Before & After slider on the homepage. However, my client noticed that one of the images is showing a visible line/border running along the top.

Inspecting the homepage shows that this original image https://kelicommheadshots.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/05/Salkas.jpg is being replaced with this image in the slider: https://kelicommheadshots.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/05/Salkas-scalia-portfolio-justified.jpg

It appears that something is happening to the portfolio version you are generating. Do you have any ideas of why this is happening and how it can be fixed?

Can you tell me when the theme will be updated for WooCommerce 3.0 compatibility? I see you were trying to about 29 days ago, but the compatibility list doesn’t say 3.0 yet.

Am having major problems with checkout in woocommerce. Shipping and sales tax fields fail to update and display when the address is entered in. Customers are being asked to enter credit card info and pay before seeing the final price!

Pretty sure that something in Scalia theme is preventing the fields from updating. Have disabled plugins and problem persists. Changed theme to 2015 and the problem goes away. Have also tried disabling Scalia’s tabbed checkout and switching to a one=page — does not help. Customer can use the shipping calculator to see the final price before checking out, but many customers don’t do that and are therefore surprised and upset when the amount they end up paying is not what they expected.

Turns out that review-order.php is the problem template file. Removed that file and shipping and tax update correctly (but the order details section has the wrong formatting). Hopefully this will be fixed when you update for WC 3 compatibility?

Hi, few years ago i bought the Scalia Theme, finally i’m using right now, and something weird​ happen .

Sometimes the Slider (layerslider) doesnt show, and i think to need upgrade the Pluggin layerslider.

Actually the version of layerslider im using is 6.3 but, i see the actual version of the product is 6.4.

What do you thing, should i buy a licence?

Your demo installation is very confusing. Can you make it simpler in the next update?

Also, I have installed the Landing Page, but the contact us form is missing, it says 404 not found. The ID for that is 11280 but it is not in your Contact Us tab so I can use it. Did not get imported with the theme? How can get it show on my page?

On Page A I have a Post Masonry Grid with filters (filtered by category): All, Cat-one, Cat-two, Cat-three

I’d like to put a link on Page B to jump​ to Page A and automatically select “Cat-two” instead of “All” being selected by default.

Is that possible by using URL parameters for example? Like example.com/grid?cat=cat-two

Or do you have another solution by maybe using JS/jQuery?

When are you going to update this theme’s WooCommerce core files? Located under scalia/woocommerce directory. They are severely out of date.

I did uninstall / delete all WooCommerce files, re-installed only the main WooCommerce plugin, and tried again and it did not work. I also used the WooCommerce Store Toolkit and removed ALL WooCommerce products and items, uninstalled, purged all cache with W3, and still did not work.

Looks like WooCommerce JUST released v3.0.1, which appears to have fixed this issue. Sorry for any confusion. Looks like we just need the theme files updated to v3.0.1 now eventually. Thanks!

Re: Ticket #1110686 Hi, I know this is not a place for the support inquiries but on your support page it says that your server is going through some major delays and it’s been like that for a few hours now. I was going through the info about scalia on theme forest and the visual composer http://codex-themes.com/scalia/shortcodes/visual-composer/ info but once I’ve installed the theme, the Visual Composer doesn’t look anything like in the advert, it seems it doesn’t exist- each time I’m trying to activate the visual composer (and ‘premium support’ which enables theme updates) it says ‘error, you are not allowed to access this page’. I don’t understand why this is happening since I paid for extended support when purchasing the theme. Love the look of the theme but wouldn’t call it intuitive unless the VC is enabled. I’m looking forward to hearing from you.
