Our theme uses WooCommerce for payment processing so any payment gateway compatible with WooCOmmerce is then compatible with our theme.

Our theme does not have a Social connect feature. There are a number of social connect plugins on CodeCanyon you can acquire for the purpose though.

i have a situation.. i cannot see anymore the pages content.. all the pages are showing the post content.. please advise how can i solve this issue

nice suggestion.. the only problem is that he says that the file “widget-feastured-posts’php” and “post-item.php” that i suppose are the files involved in this widget, are identical.. now.. do you think the problem is in the sidebar? because i have the widget in the home page too but there it generate no problem..

Please make sure you upgrade WooCommerce to the latest version and also download our latest zip from ThemeForest, unzip it, and then upgrade the theme and also (important!) upgrade the Transfers plugin as per the instructions in Transfers.zip/upgrade.txt.

Finally, before testing, please go to Admin -> Products, and delete all instances of the Transfers plugin (this is because your cart shows the empty message) and also clear the Trash on the same screen.

Now try the booking process again.

Hi,

In Theme options -> Page settings, you can set the “Blog index sidebar position” sidebar position.

As for grid instead of the current showing, unfortunately there is no quick fix for that, you will have to customize that yourself.

You should turn your plugins off one by one until you find the plugin that is causing your issue.

Is it possible to select a parent destination as the umbrella for all the “sub-destinations” and thus save time creating TRANSFER AVAILABILITY? The reason behind is that, all variables are equal within a city, cars available, price, hour etc… By you allowing me to select a parent and have those fields applied to all sub-destinations will help me save time and effort in creating the same exact thing for every sub-destination.

No, that is not a feature of our theme. It is a nice feature though. We will add it to our list of things to consider for the future.

Another question: Where can the passenger booking a trip/transfer add gratuities? My client want passenger to pay for booking transfers upfront and therefore he needs the theme to display the following percentages for passengers to select:

GRATUITY: 20% , 25% , 30% AND CUSTOM (Whatever amount they choose).

How can that be done in the theme?

Now going back to say an “OPEN TRANSFER”. How can I client request a vehicle by the hour. Example:

Passenger need a car available to him tonight from 7 PM on at an hourly rate of $50.00. How do I set that up?

SUGGESTION FOR THE NEXT UPDATE: You should be able to let your buyers to select all vehicles “TRANSPORT TYPE” when creating a TRANSFER AVAILABILITY. So that one is created it applies to all types of vehicles available. IT WOULD MAKE things so much easier and save us hours of repetitive work.

How to I duplicate the reverse route instead of having to type up all over again? Say client is going from A to B and now need at a later date to go to B o A. is it possible to tweak the system to understand that A to B is the same thing as B to A? Price and availability of my clients vehicles are the same ALWAYS. Please clarify!

The theme does not support recognising the reverse route in that way unfortunately.

It is something that is also on our todo list.

When creating availability and setting the time slot, am I going to have to create AVAILABILITY for every minute my client’s vehicles are available? Id be really mad if that’s the case.

Basically he has 20 cars and his cars are available 24 hours a day. He currently has over 50 destinations created under your theme. Am I gonna have to create thousands of “TRANSFER AVAIL ABILITIES” to make sure clients can see each of his cars available at any time they want? I am really confused by this set up and I appreciate a thorough clarification ASAP…. Please clarify all associated especially with TIME SLOT. How much a time slot covers?

Say I create a TIME AVAILABILITY for a SEDAN that cost $50 buck and set the time slot for 11 PM or say I pick a random time. The client goes online to book the card for 9 AM on April 21st, 2017. will he be able to see that car? I tried the same scenario and I could not!

All I want it to register all his vehicles and leave it open for clients to be able to see all his cars and pick anytime they want and always be able to choose the card they want. Your set up seems to tie cars to specific time slots and that is not good. I am praying and hoping that is not the case.

Please help me set this up in a way customers can always see ALL CARS AVAILABLE or like you call it TRANSPORT TYPES.

It will be an absurd to have to create hundreds if not thousands of time slots to make this work.

Simlly create an availability from A to B with transport type X that repeats every X minutes with X set to 1 minute.

I am having a hard time figuring out how to create HOURLY transfers. They are not actual transfers but runs with passengers that can last the whole day or couple of hours. How to I create those in a way that passengers will understand how to book them?

What does the duration mean on the bottom of the TRANSFER AVAILABILITY? How does that affect the booking process?

The vehicle wont be available to book for trip duration.

You need to follow instructions in upgrade.txt fully, that means also upgrade the Transfers plugin and not just the theme. Have you done so?

Hello, thank you for your answer. It is actually very weird. I did the theme update using rsync command, but for some reason the plugin was not replaced by the latest files. Weird. I would like to make you another question if you don’t mind, I am trying to use wpml with your theme but the spanish search results page that I select at the advanced search results widget is not taken, the system uses only the english one, so I would like to know if the wpml config can be with  :/?lang=es” or it is neccesary to have it ”/en” ”/es” . I have the home page totally translated and works very well if i change the language with the little flags of wpml, the same thing for destinations, but I don’t know what to do with the results page… it is not possible to change the language. Please help.

WooCommerce changed their code in a big way with v3.0. As a result we released an upgrade of our theme to stay compatible with woocommerce a week ago.

Please download the latest zip from themeforest then follow Transfers.zip/upgrade.txt to upgrade the theme and the Transfers plugin.

I created a page ‘blog;

Added some posts but the problem I am facing is that I need a sidebar showing the sub categories where posts are added i.e. 2017 > Events.

When I navigate to the main blogs page, it shows all the posts with no sidebar navigation.

Any ideas please?
